Haven’t used it much but is a great laptop for around the house use. Only use it for a few things but has been very reliable

I recently purchased this laptop. The laptop itself has worked as expected so far. No issues with setup, wifi connection, or downloading and installing software. My issue is with Best Buy and the specs they have on the website for this model. It says it has a backlit keyboard, however it does not. It also said it has a DVD drive, which I verified on a BB chat. It does not have a DVD drive either. Very disappointed with the accuracy of the information provided by Best Buy. I contact Best Buy about the issue. All I got was an apology and "no worries, You can return it". It is inconvenient and time consuming to return, so I will most likely keep it, since it is performing well and does what I need it to do. On another note, the specs do specify this has 3 USB ports, which is correct, however, one is a small newer type "c" USB. More like a mini USB. I'll have to get some kind of adapter in order to use it. Just be advised.
