Computer's speed isn't great but I desperately needed a new one so I opted for this one as it was reasonably priced. It's adequate but nothing special. I might not buy it again if I took more time to research and find something that fitted my needs better. I'm not unhappy with it as it replaced the one I had that wasn't working well anymore.

When my windows 7 laptop died I was worried about going to windows 10 but this is a great laptop. Very fast, easy to use and I'm loving the touchscreen! I got a great price at Best Buy and it was shipped to my house in 2 days! I'm very happy with this purchase!

I like it because it is fast , had a large hard drive and a very nice DVD burner .

I bought this laptop to do some basic person business on. It was easy to set up, I like the design and portability.

Before I purchased this laptop I was using an i5 processor but after switching to the latest i7, I was sorry I waited too long to upgrade. This computer is fast. Restarting is very quick and the memory is ample for my need. This is worth the bucks! The only drawback is the weight which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Wish this computer, and all others, would not come with trial software programs. Mouse pad and keys easy to use. Screen clear and bright. Exterior of case is a real dust catcher; difficult to keep clean. Just started using computer....still need to install most programs to fully utilize.

This Laptop is perfect for all purposes. Not too heavy

I have only used it a few hours but really like it. The screen seems to have a relatively small up and down optimum viewing angle. The touch screen works really great with rotating and viewing 3-D CAD drawings.

I'm very pleased with this computer. 12 GB DDRam and it flies. HP is a solid manufacturer, though I have had a Toshiba that has held up for six years and runs almost as fast. For $499.00 I would buy this again.

My HP I7 Laptop runs like a top. I had to have it serviced for Security reasons and it is both fast and reliable. Had Norton Security installed since McAfee was hacked the same day it was installed. Told Webroot was no good and not to install it on my system. Original install took about 90 seconds to boot up. Now it takes between 10 to 25 seconds. Set up right, it is the perfect laptop at least to me.

After conversion from my old laptop, I found the HP to be quick and efficient for my needs, i.e. email, document development and management, and web-based activities. This was an outstanding purchase for the money.

I had an old 17 in HP laptop that just finally gave up. My new laptop doesn't make me miss the 17 in screen because it's not very noticeable and it's much lighter and easy to use. I happy with my purchase!

This is a great product. My kid loved this laptop.

With today’s applications requiring more memory, the 8 gab RAM really hit the spot, though I did have to clean out some bloatware in the beginning.

Great basic computer for most applications, the keyboard is crisp, screen is super sharp, very fast. I like the size and weight for carrying around.

i7...12 gb ram..1 tb hdd.....touch screen......at this price just killed the competition....love it
