I used to have a Toshiba Satellite laptop which I LOVED!!!! Since those are no longer available, I bought this HP as it met all of my requirements. It's difficult to get used to (especially the new version of Windows), but I love the big screen, number pad, and sleekness.

This computer is sooo much better than my 9year old hp. So glad I decided to purchase this 17 inch screen. Also, the sound is so much richer and louder. Good product!! L. Urso

I retired last fall and needed a portable computer to use as I travel to AZ for the winter and back to MI for the summer. This one definitely serves the purpose!

Bought this laptop 1 year ago and it worked great and met all my needs. Never downloaded junk or had it filled with pictures etc. and after some time it was super slow to open apps, download, etc. I'm not sure why being that it was fairly new and kept in great condition.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
