Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my daughter for college it worked perfectly the first year start of the second the touch feature stopped working end of the second the charger port came completely out . Had to replace the entire outer casing ... over 200 in repairs. Afterwards all featured returned to working order.
