The microphone doesn’t work . I’ve tried everything and can’t get it to work. After doing some research I found out there’s a lot of people with the same issue. Check your microphone ASAP .

I love the design of this laptop, which is what compelled me to buy it. I would recommend purchasing additional memory as my disk usage is always at 100%. With a few hardware upgrades, this computer would be perfect.

This hybrid computer is very good for everyday use of internet activities (email, browsing, Microsoft applications, etc.). The Intel Core i3 is not built to be fast, so patience is a must. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.

It's an okay laptop, my biggest issue thus far is the touch pad does not perform very well. When I left click it does not work properly.

Computer is a great deal like my old one. Already had a glich and took to Geek Squad. There I talked to Carl, who I really like and was impressed with his professionalism and kindness. Only had computer 1 day

Overall the computer works fine. For the price of what we pay,we could not complain. The speed are reasonable

The camera and audio has poor quality. However, the flip mode is nice; you just have to remember to purchase more parts, e.g. key board and mouse.

Rather slow for a i3 7th gen processor with 6 gb RAM. My 15.6" Toshiba from last year with a i3, 6gb processor is super fast and responds very well. I think part of the problem is that HP has too many unnecessary apps and programs that average user does not use and this may slow down the computer. I do not know how to delete some of those apps and programs and am not interested to invest excessive time to remove them. I am going to return the laptop even though I prefer the smaller screen 14" or below and longer battery life as it is convenient for travel.

Once I got home I found that the trac pad did not work. I'm having to send it back for repairs already.

Screen resolution is crisp. Light and thin. Sluggish, freezes often. Touch pad is finicky. Takes longer than expected to boot up.

Solid laptop hard drive makes it a sluggish performer. I know that an SSD is quicker than an HDD. I chose the HDD for cost, so not much of a criticism but rather an observation.

overall good..screen not the best but okay .. functional except keyboard some of the symbols are off i don't know if that's just mine
