It works beautifully for college!

But after getting some helpful advice from a BestBuy worker, I manage to find this laptop. 95% of the time it runs perfectly well. I can work on my college assignments and even play HD steam games. Although at times it can randomly freeze or the computer won't read the wifi even though I'm connected. But those issues are minor, it's still an amazing touch + tablet + laptop.

Computer good, service not so
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I find the computer good enough for my uses, but I had a bit of trouble doing the original setup. Powershell would not install correctly, and it continually gives me an error message that it has stopped working. I made a service appointment at the local Best Buy store where I had bought it, but the service tech wouldn't help me. He said that their service included installation only, but since it had been two weeks, he wouldn't help me unless I paid for service.

Overall, decent hardware
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm mostly pleased.Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of 2 reasons. 1) Sometimes there is a random lag for no apparent reason. Usually only lists fora few minutes. 2) When the computer wakes up, the touch capability takes a while to start working. 95% love this machine. Not reasonable for long amount of reading time in tablet mode as the unit is rather heavy. Just keep that in mind when considering what you'll be using this for.
