I love how professional and sweet Geek Squad is. I’ve been using them off and on for many years with them covering laptops, sound systems, and gaming consoles. I don’t always get their insurance, but I do use it with high ticket items and gifts for others.

Geek Squad is awesome for tech help, right? Their agents really know their stuff and fix problems fast. They do everything from fixing computers to setting up your home network, which is super convenient. You can even schedule appointments and get help remotely, making things even easier. So, if you're having a tech issue, big or small, their team is friendly and ready to help, making everything way less stressful.

I fully expected it to be a huge pain based off other reviews. But my experience has been nothing but pleasant. I brought my device in, the determined it was a manufacturer issue, did a swap out, and we've been happy with it since. Such a simple process, and customer service was excellent.

I bought the Samsung watch as a gift. I also purchased the protection plan. This will be a Christmas gift so it hasn’t been opened at this time. Hopefully all will be well with the watch.

For my device, it was worth it. I have gone without this coverage in past and after the second time wishing I had, I finally purchased the coverage. I used it on a watch that was outdated by the time the watch went dead. Best Buy simply refunded 100% of the puchase and I applied that toward a newer version of a watch. I have this coverage on the new watch, fingers crossed I don't have to use it on the newest watch, but it's there if I do.

The Geek Squad plan pays for itself. Just getting your computer looked at at least once a year is worth it. They are great at fixing any issues, and the plan has many perks. You have to check it out.

Everything is great, but the alert vibration and sound both are week. Apple watch used to wake me up just with alert vibration, but this epix pro gen 2 51mm wont wake you up, need to use phone.
