I went for the Geek Squad Protection plan when I first bought my Quest 3 for 140$ (plan price) when I bought the Quest 3 for $650 for the 512GB version, 2 years went by and my Quest 3 fan started making a noise and took it back to Best Buy and they issued store credit for the amount I paid $650+tax... I bought the headset again and the price was lowered to 500$, that price just went back up to 600$, the rest of the money I got I used it to add Geek Squad Protection again, this time for 100$ as the headset price was lower than the first time I bought it... and the rest of the money I used to top up my Nord VPN account, which now has a Horizon OS Meta App, they promoted their Android App to the Horizon Store... overall the experience was great and bought the GS Protection Plan again on my new Quest 3 512GB

I bought the Meta Quest 3 a little after it came out and added Geek Squad Protection to my purchase a month after I bought it... the fan started making a noise and Best Buy gave me a gift card for 700$... the 512GB headset when I replaced it cost 500 plus tax... I replaced it a few months ago... meta just raised the prices of the quest 3 and 3s by 100$ ... so basically got another Quest 3 512gb for 50$ more than a 256GB 3s... used the rest of the 700 to add GSP again and rebought Nord VPN with the rest of the money!!! great company Best Buy, cant wait for Quest 4 or Phoenix Headset

IF I DID NOT PURCHASE THE TWO-YEAR WARRANTY ON THE FIRST META QUEST THREE 512 GB VR I WOULD’VE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO TRADE IT IN FOR A BRAND NEW ONE BECAUSE THE MAIN CHARGING PORT STOPPED WORKING AND I GOT A COMPLETE NEW ONE UPGRADED IN ALL FOR THE SAME PRICE!

Geek squad was always my favorite customer support team ever since i was a kid. But this time i was blown away by the supportive actions geek squad took to assure i had everything i needed. From assuring that everything was in the box to letting me know that my warrantee should be accessable through the app. My experience at bestbuy is always so rewarding but the cherry on top is the cool geeky smiles on heek squad faces. Thank you geek squad and thank you best buy.♡

This VR headset is great! Setup was easy, it’s comfortable to wear, and the visuals are impressive. Controls are responsive and everything runs smoothly. Really fun experience and definitely worth it.

All I can say best buy is my go place to be when I say I got tvs. My playstation is my headset everything u can get..... Honestly I rather go to best buy than any other store I got my meta quest good bargain.... Trust this store I'd the greatest if I can give them millions of stars I would every week this how much I go to best buy I just bought today not just one firestick cubes I bought two I campared the prices and to Amazon guess who won Best Buy sorry guys best best is the greatest thing dont pass up a chance with best buy prices. [Employee of bestbuy] 100% recommend getting the warranty on most items but especially this. Meta can charge you 80$-100$ per controller you break, which is more expensive than the protection of the entire product including the headset and both the controllers! Definitely recommend.

They help when I needed most when I didn’t understand technology and no offense to officers but they’re more useful than police officers lol

1010. Will recommend to get this warranty for your oculus. If you do break it or anything happens to it you could just get a brand new one and I’ll be completely fine. Won’t have to worry about breaking a controller.

If you are making big purchases best buy is the place to do it!! The Geek Squad warranty can not be beat!! Ihave been making purchases for the past 10 years and the service is unbeatable, doesnt matter if you have had something for a day or a day before the warranty expires that will get you taken care of!!!

I liked the software and how immersive can be once you try it. I thought that it wasn’t worth it, but the meta quest store has a lot of good titles, I bought the 256gb one with the discount of Black Friday that includes beat saber and resident evil 2, and I don’t regret my purchase. I would recommend it to everyone to try it and experience it by yourself, if you don’t like it, you can return it to Best Buy and you are going to get a full refund

I don’t have the product yet so I’m not sure what rating I’d give it. Best Buy was kind enough to give a $100 gift card for inconvenience, but I’ve order these glasses 2 months ago now they won’t be to me until January they are saying. I really would like the glasses and that’s why I went early to reserve and get a pair. I have an upcoming trip that I was planning on taking them for the visual translation feature but now that won’t happen.
