It was actually worth it. I got this on an Alienware mouse that ended up breaking within a month or so and since I had this I was able to get it replaced for free.

The Geek squad has always been very efficient in their solving of problems. Over the years, I have used the Geek squad on a number of issues I've had with my computers, and they have been totally consistent in their willingness to solve the problem!

Would buy geek squad with every purchase they make it so simple to exchange or so returns I would never not purchase their warranties

Will always purchase Geek Squad protection plans, they replaced my keyboard (and various other items over the years) with no questions asked - I was able to just grab another keyboard off of the shelf and pay for another protection plan for the new one. Perfect!

Buying this has given me the piece of mind that if anything goes wrong, the Geek Squad has our back. I did call for some tech support help on the setup of my device. The Geek Squad walked me through every step and made it easy to start using it.

I bought this for the Logitech MX3 mouse. I plan on using it a lot and working between my MacBook Pro and Windows Laptop. I can use this between the two with their uniform software that lets you seamless copy between the two devices.

I have learned this the hard way a few times... I now always buy the Geek Squad extended warranty. I don't always need it, but when I do, it is a relief. For us this has been great for things like headphones, computer monitors, and video games.

I was able to get the protection replacement for a few bucks which when dealing with electronics (IMO) is a must. This said, you'll need to consider your own personal comfort level with an add-on service plan, but if it's cheap, for me it's a no-brainer.

You never know when an accident or some other event will occur and ruin your whole day because you didn't spend a few more cents a day for peace of mind. Well...I did! The contract was priced right and the coverage is just what I need.

I always get the protection plans. I am a total tech support member and plans are sold to me at a discounted rate. I like the feeling I get knowing I have additional coverage to protect my investment in the case of a breakdown.

I have always purchased this warranty with my headsets, since for some reason they tend to get faulty after a while of using. Best Buy has always replaced my headset with a new one, or let me exchange for a different one and just required me to pay the difference. I think it's worth it. I would NEVER purchase a system/electronics without a GEEK Squad Service Agreement!!!!!! Used them for many years and they have ALWAYS been competent, professional, knowledgeable, and excellent in their customer service communication with me.

I purchased this 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement protection on some recent purchases that were eligible. I can't say how great this coverage is and its also reasonably priced as well and provides great peace of mind on recent purchases.

This review is for ClovisVA only. I enjoy dealing with the Geek Squad at this store, the are very knowledgeable and friendly. The Fresno, RP not so friendly. (Not everyone, but it just takes one idiot to spoil it for the rest)

Not knowing if I would need it, I got this protection plan. So far after almost a year I haven't needed it. Let's hope I won't in the next year. Have never had a problem with Geek Squad service. They are there when you need them.
