I bought this for my dad for christmas. He loved it! Says its much better than his last gaming keyboard

Always good to have protection plans. Haven't had to use this one. In the past it has been very helpful in getting things fixed or replaced. No issues with getting service.

It has relatively good repsonse time and easy to just plug and go.

I've always had great experience with geek squad and Best buy service and one of the main reasons that I buy products here and not anywhere else!

I bought a Playstation Dualsense Edge controller last year and experienced some stick drift. I was under 1 year from date of purchase and when I did buy it, I also bought the Geek Squad protection. Here are my thoughts on that. The Geek Squad protection at Best Buy… it’s a bit of a mixed bag. It’s an extra $60, which is fine if you don’t already have backup thumbsticks. I had some drift issues, brought mine in under a year into ownership, and they swapped it out no problem—but then canceled the protection plan unless I bought it again for the new controller. That’s the part that really rubbed me the wrong way. I was still under Sony’s manufacturer warranty, so why reset my paid coverage? The guy just said, “That’s how we do it.” Well… your way sucks. It should carry over and only be considered in use after the Sony warranty ends, like most other protection plans I’ve had. I'm going to think twice about purchasing it next time around.

Service was excellent, prompt and courteous.Unfortunately, the issue couldn’t be resolved so I received new item of comparable value.

Good to have for sure. Never had to use it but it's good to have.

Geeksquad has been good protection for us through out the years.

Still working good, haven’t had to use the warranty.

Product protection for an extra added piece of mind at a great price

Got my brother a Xbox controller & it started having issues, we brought it in , they helped us & we were out if there within 15 minutes

Recommendation, always purchase a protection plan! I'd recommend Best Buy's plan over competirors because they cover the full price of the item. I nabbed a ps5 controller on sale and the protection plan covered the regular price cost. Its a little higher price plan for a shorter time. But others were only offering to protect the item at the price i paid.
