I am hard on all of my phones even with the nice cases I always get. Geek squad has taken care of me each time I inevitably break it. Highly recommended.

I am trying Best Buy's Geek Squad protection for this phone instead of Verizon's insurance. Time will tell how it goes but I have confidence in the Geek Squad.

I leased a cell phone for my mom and therefore I needed the phone to have good insurance protection. Seems the phone will be well protected with this plan.

I didn't need to use the geek squad 2-year protection. Which means my product passed the test.

I would never think of not purchasing a purchasing a plan, and since it's a local plan that I don't have mail it away with it was a no brainer.

Accidental Protection is always good to have on a mobile device. You never know what can happen...

This coverage is less expensive than the insurance offered by Verizon. I am second guessing not getting loss/theft protection, though.

It's always best to have some kind of insurance especially with these new phones. Cheaper than manufacturer and so far easy to work with.
