    Purchase to cover my tablet, apparently only covered tablet itself and not the keyboard that came with it? Makes sense, not

    Lost the policy when I exchanged 7in for the 8 in

    The saleslady told me company policy would not transfer my policy or REFUND my money so I paid $24.99 for 13Days only of coverage before I exchanged the defunct 7 in kindle it would lose battery life within 2hours and get overheated quickly. I had purchased the policy in good faith.I'll NEVER BUY ANOTHER POLICY.

    Device sent for repair on February 28th. 48 days later, no updates. No-one called nor sent a text. BTW, that is just for a screen replacement.

    I did not recommend it it followed one time and it broke they told me it has warranty now they told me they have to shipment it to be fixed and then I'll get it back in 3 weeks what kind of ridiculous warranty is this

    Bought computer was told about geeksquad assumed included damage computer breaks am told damage insurance was extra n i didnt have would have paid extra if there had been clarification on diiferent versions lost money

      Hello Bshimmer – Very few computer manufacturers offer accidental damage protection under their warranties. That’s why we offer Geek Squad Protection with accidental damage from handling coverage. If you have both a standard and accidental plan, please head back in to the store where you should be able to cancel one of them for a pro-rated refund.

    Battery replacement

    I was told the location I made the purchase cannot repair and I was told my only options were to travel two hours to the nearest Best Buy with Geek Squad that repairs or pay full price for a replacement. The only problem was the battery died.

    Tablet can not be updated due to child controls. Bought this for Christmas and my daughter was unable to use anything on the tablet. Since I bought it for Christmas the return time was to long now I am stuck with a tablet that does not work

    I cancel my protection 3 days after I purchased it. On both of my tablets.Was confirm it was cancel 7-10 days receive refund. After the 8 day I called. Was told by a supervisor it still processing not sure why? It will be another 7-10 days to receive my refund. Unsatisfied Customer!!!!!

    Stupid me. I NEVER get Geek services and when I looked back, I saw that the sales person added 1 year service for 79 bucks. Shame on me. That was slipped in and I didn't realize it and just paid my credit card bill. Now that I am reviewing my purchases I see this mess. BUYER BEWARE AND CHECK EVERYTHING to make sure you aren't getting taken...

    Not told before buying that repairs are 3 weeks minimum (per Geek tech) & unit is shipped out for repairs. I cannot recommend this at this point.

    We bought it and oh boy right after it expired the laptop broke and guess what it’s going to be very expensive to fix! Big surprise! Save your money so you have it when it breaks 18 months later!!

The goal is to provide support for the device while under the Terms of the plan, and hearing your laptop broke after the plan expired is never ideal. We do suggest our customers consider the longest option possible for the Geek Squad Protection, so we can cover the cost of most repairs for as long as possible.     I was told that I would be able to get a replacement if my item gets damaged which includes water damage. I came to get it fixed or replaced but they are only offering me store credit for what I paid for not including taxes or at least a partial credit for the remaining time on my plan which will not transfer over .

    Tablet is broke,they mail it out 4-6 weeks to have a screen replaced glad I don't use it for work I brought back home cause I don't have appointment to drop it off
