    There are lot of exceptions for plan and that is very annoying. My laptop keeps on crashing and hanging up even while working on the microsoft word or excel

    You have to make an appointment for them at a latter time or date for them to look at your product that's defective. Could be because of Covid. I wouldn't know they said nothing about it. Not worth the money.

    Useless, the geek squad techs looked like ducks looking at a wooden deck, and had no IDEA how to help. I'd waste my money on Chinese food made by Mexicans before GS

    Sucks. My pc charger broke, and I went to BB to get a replacement, guess what they told me I was late by one day. So they were not going to replace my pc charger. One day late. DO NOT BUY THEIR WARRANTY

    I couldn't get through to anyone for help. The store guys told me one thing and the tech said something different. Not very knowledgeable on the surface pro.

    My 2 yr geek squad order was cancelled

    I did not request the 2 yr geek squad be cancelled. I still want this service on my new Samsung Tab S3. Please contact me as soon as possible and assist me so that my new Samsung Tab S3 is protected.

    Its pointless to buy guarantee for 3yrs. And then when its time to used it all they say is "buy a new device" I didn't pay $100+ just for that... ughh

    GeekSquad was NEVER used. Waste of an up sell....I'm a Systems Engineer, no need for outside support. Cost should have been deducted from overall cost of system.
