    Haven't had to use it. But 1 star due to a previous experience I had with Geek Squad. I know if I need any help from them they will not be helping me.

    Don’t waste your money! They will charge misc tidal fee’s without your consent. I still haven’t received any refunds! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

    Don't tell me that insurance on a product is "no questions asked" and then not disclose additional fees to be paid upon using Geek Squad. That is super deceptive.

    Geek squad is unskilled and not able to provide warranty service for Samsung. Required to have my cell provider complete what Best Buy could not.

    Misleading Geek Squad service plan

    Bought 2 yr plan on 6/15/16 and came in on 6/14/18 to address screen flickering, and crackling speaker and was told my plan had expired, had to extend coverage for a year to get it covered. Dissapointed!! Employee was great but hands were tied.

    I don't want to pay for a year or two protection that I can lose in a few days if something happens. If I pay for a year I expect a year.

    Read very carefully before purchasing. This is protection is for physical damage only. It does not cover failure of components.

    They didn't want to give me a new tablet even though I had protection plan and received a email for them to replace it they wanted me to pay for differnce

    The guy who was asking me to do the protection on my laptop he said it will cover anything wrong will happen to your laptop and when I got problem they told me they have to charge me 150$

    They refunded it to an account I dont have access to instead of a best buy card or the bank im using and couldn't change it.
