havent needed to use it yet, and hope I never have to, but grateful I purchased it

I have been using the Surface Pro 7 on and off since its release. At the time of the device's release, I have gone from the Pro 7 to the Surface Laptop 3, to the MacBook Air/Pro, an iPad Pro, to a Chromebook, and then finally back to the Surface Pro 7. Why I finally came back to the Pro 7, I like the design, the form factor, the fact that it doesn't have fun and so it runs dead silent all the time, and lastly and I don't know why content just looks better when comparing to a PC laptop. I work in field sales and use the Pro 7 as my primary work computer. My work environments constantly change and I didn't want anything super flashy. The battery life is stellar since I use the web browser mostly to get work done, which is why I tried a Chromebook. The difference however between the Pro 7 and a Chromebook, is if I need to use Microsoft Apps and don't have an internet connection I am not out of luck. When I am on the go, my phone and the Pro 7 are the only two devices I need to get my work done. I would recommend this for anyone on the go, who is only needing a device to take notes, create spreadsheets and word documents, and lastly surf the web.

The warranty is great. However, it's not as customer friendly as it used to be. When I went to exchange a broken tablet they told me I had to make an appointment for some other day. This nonsense is not compatible with a truck driver's hectic schedule.

I bought this for my son when he was in high school. Something inexpensive and easy to use. I bought the extended warranty so I’m covered if it breaks. I’m glad I did bcoz something went wrong with the chip inside after 7 months of use. Geek squad quickly assessed the problem & said they will replaced it with a new one. Then after that the keyboard was out. Geek squad replaced a new keyboard too. I’m glad I have extended warranty otherwise I probably been paying over and over every time it breaks.

I bought the protection plan since I wasn’t aware of how helpeful it was , you bring out less from your pocket for a new item

Hopefully I will not have to use the service, but it is a piece of mind

I have never had an issue w/ geek squad at my location other than wait times. The employees here are knowledgeable and helpful. They do the best the can to help you within the confines of their ridiculous corporate policies.

I'm a computer tech and I've owned a number of discount tablets (RCA) and have always been pleased even though the quality wasn't on par (resolution, speed, etc.) with the major brands. With this Digiland 10" I couldn't tell the difference between it and the name brands like iPad, Samsung Lenovo, etc. I don't have a negative thing to say about it and even though I "stole" it when it was discounted I can honestly say I would have purchased it at full list and still saved a whole lot of money over the others. You won't be disappointed.

Refurbished iPad Pro 12.9 arrived in PERFECT condition....just like new, has worked flawlessly---definitely the way to go!

I really enjoyed the the durability and replacement of this tablet warranty I just wish that that this was not a repair warrant see more I wished it was a replacement warranty cuz sometimes it would take a very long time for the repairs to be finished

The additional geek squad was absolutely with it. The device has screen cracked twice and we received a device replacement no charge.

i needed to use this 1 time, it was a very quick process, my replacement was shipped super fast. im glad i purchased this service.

I have not had to use them much for any of my products, but on my Surface 3. I brought it in about the usb port being loose. I was advised the product was under recall. They upgraded me to the new Surface 4 & when I told them about one of the keys sticking, the replaced it as well. Also, the case I bought for the 3 did not fit my 4, they swapped it out as well. That's why I shop at Best Buy, and why I bought their plan again. Thanks BB Customer Service!!!

I've been buying the Geek Squad protection on most high-ticket items that I buy at Best Buy. From vacuums to tablets, it provides a lot of peace-of-mind, and the price isn't too much. I've brought a couple of items in that weren't performing as required, and they either got it working immediately, or just gave me a replacement on the spot. Makes life much easier (especially when compared to spending hours on the phone with a manufacturer's representative).

Each time my coputer or Tablet is bad geek squad will repair it fast and guarantee. When i got my Tv they came in the next day and install everything.

Geek squad protection plan is the best plan out there, they are very responsive and polote, and if they cant fix it, they replace your product with a new one
