    I got this warranty since my 80 year old uncle is bad about dropping and being rough on electronics. I have the assurance that if anything happens to it, it will be fixed or replaced.

    I went to Selma location to get my tablet serviced. According to your ad states bring in your Product Replacement - If you product stops working, simply bring it to us and you will walk out with a replacement. I waited in line for 20 minutes only to be asked if I had an appt. I replied no I did not so if I decided to wait it would be 4 hours or I can make an appt. and come back at 1:40 p.m. which was almost an hour later. I came back at 1:40 p.m. only to find they were overwhelmed and running behind as many others were waiting. I decided to look in the mobile area while I waited and there was no one there to assist. I waited over 30 minutes to get assisted. The gentleman was very nice and professional. He explained to me I would have to send my tablet off for the manufacturer to have them diagnose the issue for repair or replacement. I asked how long this would take he said about 2 weeks. I advised him I am self-employed and this is the only product I have to perform my work and cannot be without my product that long. I asked if they had loaners then also asked about the statement on the first line about product replacement he said that is after they product gets diagnosed. I advised him that is false advertisement. I asked for a manager which we waited for over 30 minutes for one to arrive. When he arrived with his arms crossed while I explained my situation only repeated the same thing. His only solution was to expedite my service order and try to have it back in a week. He informed me they sit in the store 3 to 4 days before they are sent off to repair. I asked him why are they are not sent off daily he said that there policy. Unhappy with the resolution I asked for the Regional Directors numbers which he stated he did not have and only the General Manager could give me. The General Manager never came to assist us. The manager on duty stated he would forward my information to him since I'm and Elite Plus member and they had all my information to contact me for assistance. I'm still waiting for his call. I contacted the Executive Escalation Dept. and was given another number to contact as I was in the wrong dept. Well, I finally had a chance to try again to get my issue resolved and contacted online chat with geek squad and asked fo the information again. I took a picture of the conversation only because of the rep. ended the conversation after she gave me the customer service number without asking me if I needed anything else. WHERE HAS CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE?????? So I will attempt to get in touch with someone tomorrow again to resolve my issue.

    Overall good for the price. Picture quality is a bit disappointing. It is handy, lightweight and has decent speakers. Fast enough.

    great starter tablet but wish I had maybe upgraded .... seeing how this Samsung Tablet A seems like a lower grade then my Samsung Tab4 which I was replacing

    Geek Squad irresponsible services.

    Irresponsible technician. The first installer broke and removed my kitchen tiles from the floor before trying to place the dish washer. The second installer said this was not correct and added piece of tiles underneath the dishwasher legs. Therefore, Geek Squad service personnel broke the floor of my house by no reason and had no accountability to their wrong doing. Additionally, Best Buy sent me two damaged and out-of-box dish washers wich I had to reject, delaying in more two weeks the installation, leaving my family without the appliance for a long time.
