Well worth it considering most new TV’s only last 5-7 years tops. This way I am covered and can maybe save money in long run.

Decided to go with this just in case….but we’ve had Roku before with no issues. But for the price, I think it’s worth it. Hopefully we won’t need it.

Merely knowing I have access go a group of experts to help each exceptionally different family member in order to best meet their individual tech needs knowing their knowledgeable staff will consistently go above and beyond their job duties in order to provide the highest level of service to everyone, everytime, and even request additional expert opinions ans reviews to ensure all is done right the first time is truly a "priceless purchase" to have--even if merely for the added peace of mind for all household tech needs, recommendations or in home help!

The team was courteous, professional and personable. Whenever allowing strangers into your home, at baseline you don’t want folks giving you “the ick”. Well the team was outstanding and the setup was done much faster had my ego insisted that I could do it.

I added the Geek Squad 5-Year Protection Plan when I bought my new TV, and I’m really glad I did. A year in, the screen started flickering out of nowhere. One call to Geek Squad, and they had someone scheduled to check it out right away. No stress, no back-and-forth. They ended up replacing the TV without any hassle. Having done all of the necessary research and finally deciding on the C4, I expected to be happy with a great picture. I was not. I was astounded with the sharpest and most colorful panel I have ever seen. Seeing a demo of an OLED panel on a LED/QLED panel is worthless. It can look pretty, but you have no idea what you are missing by not seeing it on a OLED. I also use my C4 as a PC monitor for gaming. It has a fantastic refresh rate and gaming is flawless. Finally, the ATMOS speakers are perfect. The 2+2 setup delivers powerful sound that is crisp and clear. I am so happy with this purchase I cannot give the TV enough stars.

This was good. After the 2nd TV that stopped working in 7 months I requested a refund from Samsung, Samsung representative said we had to take the TV off the wall we were unable to remove the TV ourself. When our new TV arrive Marcus and Caleb were so kind as to remove the TV and place it in the box for Samsung to pickup. This crew with the Geek Squad is the best, Professional, Respectful and Very kind.

I'm very happy with the five year extra warranty.I didn't think, however it was.Especially a great buy to get it.Thought it would be a little bit less
