Great TV. Purchased 2 year Protection Plan. Lightning strike damaged TV 2 months before expiration of Protection Plan. TV will be replaced under the Plan. GREAT DEAL!

This is a great service and I would recommend for any purchase

My tv started smoking so i order another i picked my TV up the girl that brought it out was very pleasant and my aide helped her put it the Van that was very good day.

I recently had to use this for a Sony TV that started experiencing back lighting issues. I was hesitant to purchase but I am very glad I did. This was much better than a Health Insurance Scam.

The price was quite reasonable for this. Being a Samsung TV, life expectancy and lack of trouble is to be expected. My Mom had one for 20 years with no trouble. I probably won't need the service, but if I do, I know Best Buy will take care of the issue for the next 5 years. I feel safe with this, but hope to never need it.

This is an expensive investment to protect my expensive purchase.

I got this plan and I have yet to use it and hopefully I don't need to since I bought a expensive tv but I know that if I do need it I wouldn't have to sweat with a replacement.

I love the peace of mind that this gives me, I have two kids under the age of three and I know far too well that accidents can cause some damage, but this offers me peace of mind!

There pretty easy to get in contact with and they don’t make it difficult with their appointments like some other companies

Good "backup" to have, we just just hope it is. not needed!

Great protection, but read the fine print, there is alot of ways they can get out of covering your items

This is our second TCL 50" tv and it is the best ever.

I basically bought this TV since I was scared if something happens the TV over all I wouldn’t have to buy one all over again.. but yes this is deff worth it!

This comes in handy when you buy a TV. I was watching it one moment the next it stopped working. BB exchanged my TV broght it out to me and took the old one off my hands

We purchased one of these 5 year warranties along with a 75” Hisense tv. Exactly at the 2 year mark, the tv died. It was a bad panel and main board. Once the panel is damaged, they just give you a credit towards a replacement as panels are not repairable. 2 phone calls later and a new tv was ordered for exchange. 2 days later I had the replacement in home. Easy Peasy… Note: They gave me a current day replacement credit towards a direct replacement of what I originally purchased. That total was higher than the original purchase price with tax and warranty. I can’t say that this will apply to all but, it worked out well for me. I then decided to upgrade and the full exchange value was applied to the new tv. This ended up being a great deal. My new lg qned tv is now hanging up and I took another warranty to protect my investment as well. The cost seems high but, it is well worth it when you are planning on buying a large tv as it comes with in home service.

I haven't use the geek squad recently but, in the past they never disappointed me and I'm sure they will not let me down if I needed them again.
