This protection was helpful but not in all the ways i thought. Some items don't qualify and that's not what i thought when i purchased. Now i buy individual protection for each item, it's easier to understand. The services are pricy so i never sought them out.

Well worth it for certain item levels. Very useful option for peace of mind. Since Samsung doesn't think much of their products and provide a minimal warranty I got this to be safe. My last tv has lasted well but the next one failed in less than 2 yrs. I Showed them the issues and they instantly gave me full credit of purchase price. Too bad they don't consider a sale price when giving credit. I had to pay out a little over $100 to get an exact replacement with the current model since there were no sales at the time.

I normally stay away from the additional protection services on any products I purchase, but this one really saved my butt. I bought a floor model of a large screen high definition TV. Over time, I noticed thick lines on the screen and discoloration. It was most noticeable when there wasn't much action on the screen and if large areas pf solid colors were displayed. As it turned out, the LED screen was showing remnants of the demo mode screens that would run constantly in the store. The protection plan allowed me to get %100 of my purchase price back, providing it was spent at Best Buy. I ended up getting a new 55" TV.

I have purchased 3 TV through Best Buy and no longer need Geek Squad to mount or hook up my Items They are very good at hooking up or fixing your Products and with the price of the Geek squad Service I am purchaseing any product that saves me Lots of money

Have not used the protection service yet. I hope I never have too. That's the reason I only gave it 4 stars. I hated even to rate it until I use it if I ever do. I believe there is a time limit on rating it. I do know they did a very nice jog delivering it and installing it.

So we got this after debating several monitor choices for our new PC, and I'm so glad I decided to grab this. It's great for gaming, okay for office work, incredible for watching shows and movies. It's only 42 inches, which is small for me for movies, but the quality is out of this world. I usually go for soundbars/speakers right away but I found the built in speakers to be manageable for now. Love it!
