I bought the extended protection for this big ole piece of plastic, I don't normally, but figured i'm betting this thing don't last 2 years.

I have not used the protection plan yet. It is nice to know that if something happens to the Roomba it can be fixed or replaced by going to the local store. This is a must have for this product.
