    I absolutely love my all in one computer. It's not bulky and very easy to maneuver from one room to another. The touch screen effects are awesome and to actually be able to see everything on the screen is great.

    I used to work for Best Buy and I shop a ton here. When it comes to TVs and anything covered with their "accidental handling" I always get the protection plan. It's a real life saver if something goes wrong.

    Thankfully we had a protection plan, as our less than five year old television failed. We were able to upgrade to a new TV at no cost. Best Buy provided excellent advice and service.

    I have loved having the geek squad very very awesome service but I believe the price to much and it u pay for it, it should be the total best for the white purchase of what it covers

    if you buy oled and qd oled like me u need this! they cover dead pixels and burn in enough said is a no brained decision u will have dead pixels and it will come in handy

    I will never buy something from best buy without this. It has paid for itself time and time again. Got a replacement on my tv within 48hrs of the claim. Great warranty as always.

    Saved my life after 5 years

    My old Samsung 4K 75-inch TV started having white spots in the display after 5 years of regular use. Thanks to this protection plan I was able to replace it with whatever's new out there, without needing to pay an arm and a leg and just paying the difference. This protection plan saved my life, I definitely recommend considering it!

    The Staff of Geek Squard are the best...Phil always greets me with a Welcoming Smile. His expertise is always astonishing to always helps me figure it out. Our challenging time on the Laptop or Internet are swift and rewarding with the answer to my dilemma! Jason, the GM, always helps me as well. He always takes time to make sure I have been given the best service. Great Star!!

    The value of geek squad protection for the amount of years it covers is great. The amount of protection that is covered also makes it worth it especially when the future is unpredictable.

    We had geek squad before and loved the protection on our items as we purchase a lot of things from Best Buy and we have had a few items fixed and will replaced it if they cat fixed it

    If I am going to invest in such a expensive item as my 75 in tv [X900F], then I have to purchase insurance on this. Hope I never have to use it. Always rely on Best Buy for a lot of my needs, especially my major electronics. They are quite knowledgeable and eager to provide their input. Please, do ever remove this store so close from my home here in Kendall.

    So I mainly purchased this so I could get a warranty and let professionals install our ridiculously expensive entertainment system. Well we have had nothing but issues. So... had to get a replacement TV (Sony - 85" Class X950G), wifi disabled completely, fine whatever. They reinstalled the new one, cool. Definitive speakers (High-Performance 10" 3-way Tower Speaker) constantly pop even when the TV is not even on. Our Logitech remote (Harmony Elite) has issues switching inputs/devices almost every single time we use it. Only when using the smart TV apps it randomly shuts off with the Receiver (Pioneer - Elite 9.2-Ch). Geek squad has been out twice since installation, can't figure out why the smart tv/receiver turns off by itself, can't figure out why speakers always pop, and did absolutely nothing to the smart remote... still have all the same issues over 6 months later. Wife wants to return everything back if we could.

    5 year warranties on TVs is the only way to go!

    The 5 year warranty on Tv is the only to protect your investment, I believe! I was able to get this tv because of previous warranty! I will always get piece of mind at Best Buy!

    Love the television but really appreciated Steven Wrenn of Geek Squad who installed it within my home theater group. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining everything to me. I also purchased at his suggestion a master remote controller. He programmed and again explained how to find everything I needed. I LOVE having one device do it all. If I ever need a Geek Squad service call I hope Steven is one to respond. I am attaching a photo showing quality of picture.

    Had problems with my SHARP TV Remote, THREE YEARS after TV purchase. Only ONE PHONE CALL, to GEEK SQUAD, and a Brand New Remote was at my Home in JUST A FEW DAYS! No Hassle + GREAT SERVICE! Super SUPPORT, 3 years AFTER TV PURCHASE! Thank You Very Much. GREAT JOB!
