I buy all my electronics from best buy and I always get the protection and been squad is the best. I've had to use my protection once and ended up with a better tablet than the 1 I had.

Had an issue and used my GS Protection to bring my existing BD player in. Unfortunately it is no longer carried in the store. I upgraded and when i did bought a new GS protection plan. the price for 4 years was only $5 more than the 2 year. Love it.

Well I tend to purchase a protection plan just for the piece of mind. It seems that if I do not buy one I have issues with my buy. If I do buy a plan then all is well... For me that makes this $20 for 4 years money well spent!

I purchase this protection plan on all products I buy & have not had to use it! This tells me that purchased products are of great quality! I hope I don't have to use it but glad to know it's there should I need to.

When we purchased our new product, we also wanted Best Buy's 5-year protection plan. So far (thankfully) we have not required it, yet it is comforting to know the protection plan is available.

I learned my lesson when not buying these for several previous electronic devices and ever since I got my first geek squad protection package I never buy anything without it. Geek squad takes care of it all with no problems.

Always Always Always get the replacement plan...there is no reason not to get it...can't afford the item...you won't be able to afford another if it breaks...this protects you.

We have a rule in our house. If the product costs 200.00 or more we have to get geek squad on it. While some say "oh its not worth the cost" think of the money you will have shell out a second time if the product becomes defective or damaged.

Geek squad protection is inexpensive and worth purchasing. I’ve had to use it a couple of times for a blue ray player I purchased that just didn’t work well at all. It made my return/exchange experience simple and stress free!

Blu ray/DVD players have to be the most disposable devices on the market. I would highly recommend purchasing at least the 2-year plan when buying these players as the last two we've had, we've ended up using the replacement plan before 2 years was up.

Geek squad is always there to help. Doesn't matter if it's a little problem or a big one they tackle it all. Don't be afraid to pay the extra because if anything happens they fix it free of charge or replace the item. It's worth it

Worth every single cent you pay for it. They cover way more than what the manufacturers cover and are much better to work with. I buy gsp on every single item that is eligible.

I have had good luck with the protection over the years. Was told when I purchased that I could bring it in once a year and have item cleaned for free.

I always buy the Geek Squad coverage with most items I buy from Best Buy. I know they always save my information in their computer without my receipt. They are very pleasant and always try their best to fix or replace the product.

These guys are so knowledgeable about any device you need help with. Always friendly and take the time to explain things cuz I am technically challenged.

I'm very satisfied with this product. For the price, it does everything I need for my new 4K system. It's smaller size is great where you need to save space or you're limited on space. The up conversion from BluRay is fantastic. The first Movie I watched was Avatar and the amount of fine detail is amazing! Able to see individual strands of hair or eyelashes while playing or paused image.

I used to think this plan was pointless, until I had items stop working or become defect after the initial warranty. Better yet I can have my plan emailed me so I don't have to remember where I put my receipts.

I had a problem with the product this plan was connected to, fought it back they exchange it no problem walked out with a new replacement.. worth the money!

I'm not a geek type and like the back up support when things dont work right. I've had it for years and always get sound help and advice when I need it.

Two years of worry free, that’s how I see it. Won’t have to worry if my tech starts acting up. I just take it Geek Squad and they’ll take care of it.
