TV is good, DVD is not

I was especially interested in this model because it had the built-in DVD player. However, the picture was very dark and the sound was poor. I had to turn it up all the way to 100 to be able to hear it across the inside of my RV. Also had some trouble using the built-in DVD player. The disc would go inside, but then eject immediately. Had to insert the disc repeatedly to get it to play. Returned TV to the store and bought a different brand.
