Love my shark upright vacuum it has great suction on my carpet

Very great and useful to get protection on your items just in case they break or mess up

I typically get the Geek Squad coverage when I shell out a ton of cash for high-end products. Just because you pay more money for a product, doesn't mean it is going to be free from defects. I'm just expecting better performance, bells & whistles, and hope for better build quality. In some cases, like with my cell phone, what can I say, but I'm careless and I break them often. It's good to know that I have coverage in any of those cases. For me, with how fast technology changes, if a product lasts for the life of my additional coverage, then I'm happy. Once the product goes out or is obsolete, I get a new one. As for service under Geek Squad protection, it's pretty much hassle free. In terms of the cost for the additional coverage, it's very reasonable. Pro tip, if you price match with Amazon, I also include the cost for extended protection with Amazon versus BestBuy when getting my price match. BestBuy can't change the cost of the additional protection, but they can lower the price to accommodate the difference. In some cases, I get BestBuy to give me a better overall price. Show me your the best BestBuy.

Got the warranty to cover a Tineco stick vacuum. That vac had a design flaw and I had to bring it in twice for replacement. No questions asked - quick and easy, BB just replaced the vac! The warranty is a no-brainer purchase add-on for items like this, IMHO.

Honestly, I cant recommend this vaccuum enough. It does the job, has great battery life, nice attachments, and is very lightweight and user friendly. My only gripe is the steep price, but you get what you pay for. I had the model below this for over 6 years and it still worked like a charm when I gave it to a family member.

I had an issue with my Dyson V11, reached out to BB, and had an apt. with Geek squad within 24 hours of contact. The vacuum was irreparable, and had a replacement within 5 days! Superior service!
