It's a no brainer. Just get all your appliances from Best Buy and Geek Squad protection for all of them. Remove the uncertainty of broken appliances and unpredictable repair bills. So valuable to have the peace of mind from Geek Squad so you're never worried about unexpected repair costs. Geek Squad is extremely responsive. They don't hassle you when you call for a repair. They quickly assign a technician to fix it. Just get this coverage so you can sleep easier at night. You won't regret it.

Best Buy offers the best warranty for electronics and home accessories. You cant not go wrong with this warranty and it covers more than the manufacturer warranty. I put warranties on everything I buy from Best Buy, it's just that cheap insurance for when things go south!!

Im confident that my fridge will be covered for the five years it has. I have used their services for a game console so I'm sure they can help me for a fridge.

I am extreamly happy with the Geek Squad. Our Dryer went out and they were there within the week with parts and had it fixed quickly. the only issue I have is that they dont allow us to use Best Buy bucks to purchase the warranties anymore. that change was also hidden within their updated rules.

I highly recommend making the purchase protection plan for you never know when a product will go bad. This plan was so important to me when my refrigerator starting having ice maker problems. Went through 3 efforts to get it fixed and nothing worked. Through the Protection Plan I was able to get a new refrigerator with maximum protection on cost of new refrigerator, plus protection under Geek Squad service. I highly recommend these plans when making a high dollar purchase.

Great fridge love the storage love the all of the various compartments. My only frustration was that my waterspout broke down after two years. Repair guy basically said they would have to tear out and replace the whole line to repair it which would take three or four days. Not worth the fix

I ALWAYS get my products insured when it comes to anything with technology. I highly recommend you do the same as technology breaks without even being touched. I unfortunately have experienced that with a laptop going out 6 months after the manufacturer warranty ended. It was keep up very nicely and nothing was done wrong on my part. Yes you pay more for insurance but technology can never be trusted---- even when purchased new.

I purchased the LG refrigerator in 2019 and used it in my first rental property. I never had any problems with the fridge, so I made the decision to buy the same model for my new residence.

Again the agents did a wonderful job taking the refridgerator and putting it back together.

When I bought this fridge I knew it was the best, but for some reason I got the warranty and right away it crossed my mind it wasn't the smartest decision . How wrong was I . Later when it broke down I couldn't stop thinking what a scam the warranty had been .But my wife convinced me to call and to my surprise all of a sudden it became the greatest deal ever . They went through as agreed in the contract . What an opposite as with other warranties .I would definitely recommend it !

I have always selected the geek squad protection plan when it comes to electronics or appliances. They will either fix the issue or find another product to replace it. Well worth the extra money.

The BEST service I have ever bought. The quickly work to try and solve my problem with my LG, sadly the company sent didn’t really work with LG well and couldn’t fix it. They quickly reimburse me, no questions ask, no hassle, no paper filling, just quickly gave me store credit of what I paid once it was deem it couldn’t be fix. They were always friendly and work quickly to set up the dates for fixing and try everything they could. HIGHLY recommend them for any of your equipment.

The Geek Squad installed my TV and headphones. All work well. They were ontime and very helpful. The answering service to schedule the visit was terrible. I could not understand them nor could they understand me. They may say they speak English but I did not think they did well enough to be answering phones. Worst part of Geek Service. Need to bring to US.

These guys came out to repair my refrigerator several times. They couldn't fix it because the parts from Samsung were bad. They gave me a voucher to replace the refrigerator. When I chose the second refrigerator they delivered it, set it up, and hauled the old one away. (old refrigerator was less than 1 year old). Kudos to these guys for their patience and determination to keep a customer happy.
