Geek Squad is a service that benefits all customers for the protection and services of purchased products.

It is an extra money I bought to protect my purchases. It is worth if something wrong with my fridge. It is looks like car insurance. Used when needed but the quotes not going up if you claim.

I have purchased many TV's and Appliances from Best Buy and always add the Geek Squad protection for total piece of mind. The team at the Deptford Best Buy has always done a terriffic job from beginning to end.

Cannot really detail how an extended warranty is as far as quality? However it’s best to have one when making an expensive appliance purchase then not having one if performance of the appliances go bad.

Geek Squad installed my new refrigerator after taking out the old one. They were very efficient in their work and explained me all features of the new refrigerator.

Had issue with my Samsung fridge in past. They came out and explained issue with ice maker, brought a new kit for installation, and worked great. I bought the same Geek Squad protection for my new LG fridge at new home.

We have put out of our mind the need to worry about repairing our fridge for the next 5 years. In the past, we needed the purchased warranty and had excellent response and service.

Peace of mind is priceless and when an appliance fails you want trusted experts to make repairs with no worries about the quality of their training and their ability to make the repairs in the proper way with the correct factory parts. I wish they were available for car repairs.

They were excellent in taking care of all the a mistake, that a new sale rep made in the store. Even gave a discount on my purchase. I was very impressed with the customer care.
