    I am extremely pleased with my new refrigerator. The storage capacity is excellent and it fits perfectly with my needs. I love the interior layout, which allows me to organize food efficiently and easily accessible. Additionally, the modern and stylish design perfectly complements my kitchen. The refrigerator is quiet and energy-efficient, which is also a great advantage. Overall, I am very impressed with the quality and performance of this appliance. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality refrigerator.

    Geek Squad Rocks Service Replacement of New Refrig

    Within a day of having our new refrigerator placed, we realize that something may have happened to the refrigerator during shipping to Best Buy. It was very simple and easy to contact Best Buy to get a new refrigerator to replace ours. The geek squad came out did their job and sent somebody to make sure that the job was handled correctly in addition to amazing technicians. I cannot recommend enough about getting a warranty with your appliances.

    it’s worth it although it’s pricey. Found out that this insurance is through Best Buy unlike the third parties that Home Depot and Lowe’s use.

    Bought the store brand Insignia 20.5 cu ft fridge in stainless steel and within a year the shelves started breaking. Spent 3 days attempting to remedy situation through extended 5 year warranty purchased. Was told damage is difficult to prove or disprove and that an appt to have a technician come out to my house would be necessary to determine if shelf was indeed broken and whether it could be fixed or needed replaced. I had brought the broken Insignia refrigerator shelf in to the store with me. I asked if he was saying the only course of action I had was to take the broken shelf back to my house, try to reinstall it and then schedule an appt with a tech to come to my house to make the determination that it was broken and he said that my understanding was correct. He said it was corporate policy which he had no hand in creating but must abide by . I asked where the "fix it" techs work out of. He said the stores but there was no way for customers or fellow employees to contact them when in store and directed me to contact their main 'help" line. Since I had already spent 2 days trying to get help through the online chat function which led me to be told to bring the shelf into a store to get service only to be told by this Geek Squad employee that their helpline employees were incorrect and now on day 3 of trying to get a workable fridge main shelf I needed to go call the helpline again. I told him I was reluctant to do so as I was already 3 days in and the helpline had sent me to him and he was trying to send me back. I asked for contact information so I could discuss my experience and how their corporate policy effected me and he again gave me the help line telephone number and said that there were no addresses or emails that customers could access or be given, that it was corporate policy that he had no control over because he just worked there. Why even bother? With poor quality products and poor design backed up by the Geek Squad who refuses service and employees who simply can't or won't be autonomous or attempt to actually remedy a situation, why even bother? Spend your money elsewhere, somewhere you and your money is valued and appreciated.

    I bought this as an open box at Best Buy, and have had nothing but problems. The first one would overheat, etc. Whirlpool told me to unplug it. Exchanged for this one. This is the second one, but same model. It freezes all of my produce in the drawers no matter what I do. Waste of money. Although the staff tried hard to accommodate me when the first one had problems, their hands are tied from Best Buy. They can only do so much. I would never ever buy another open box or any appliance from Best Buy again. Off to shop for another fridge AGAIN. Hasn't even been a year.

    I love the refrigerator I purchased at Best Buy although once getting it home I realized I needed a wider front door but was able to work magic with only a couple standard tools was able to easily take doors and drawers off and we now have a new family member that also is insured at a low cost. Hope to enjoy it for years to come.

    The store needs to do a better job in regard to the store warranty coverage. Had an issue with our fridge not being level. I called and was told that I needed to contact the manufacturer because the fridge was under warranty with them. The manufacturer sent out a repair man and he told me that it was the delivery men's responsibility to level the fridge and I should have called Best Buy. Be careful buying extended warranties from Best Buy because the coverage for the fridge overlapped with the first year of coverage from the manufacturer.

    Replaced my almost 3 year-old LG fridge at no char

    I was certainly glad I had this coverage when my 2020 fridge began repeatedly failing after two years. In the end, after many, many frustrating phone calls, service visits and a difficult period dealing with Best Buy, their insurer, AIG, and the most difficult partner--LG-- I was given the full cost of my LG fridge to apply toward any available fridge at Best Buy. I was able to buy a great fridge, a new 5-year extended warranty, pick-up and installation and still have about $75.00 remaining, which was given to me as a gift card. The process was not easy but it worked and I know have a new fridge that I'm very happy with. The most frustrating part was dealing with world-wide call centers. Everyone was helpful but there was lots of dropped calls and inaccurate info.

    A feeling a feeling of Security and a nice feature to have. Of course I was paranoid to buy things post Covid as we’ve been hearing that some parts weren’t great but it seems like those appliances have gone through the cycling out. This is a high-quality product.
