Good dishwasher for the money. I really like the top shelf used for cooking utensils etc. Super easy to install and it's not heavy... the dishes are never completely dry but that seems to be the standard nowadays...

I love this refrigerator. It has a lot of room, no fingerprints show up if you touch the outside and the soft door close on the crisper is top notch. The LED back light on the inside is a huge plus.

we rarely have need of these protection plans but, like with any type of insurance, you don't need them.... until you do. Our 2 yo dishwasher broke and so we set up for GS to come out. I was not thrilled that it was two weeks out but ok, nothing to be done. I was less thrilled at the 12 hour window but was told that the night before we would get an email giving us a better time. Still not thrilled because this means that I cannot actually plan anything and have to rearrange my calendar to clear an entire day. Night before comes and no email. It was late so I chose to address it in the morning where I was told that, due to a system error not only was I NOT scheduled, they couldn't schedule me again. I pushed for a sup and was told no, not going to happen. At that moment, surprise surprise, I get a so called courtesy call telling me the same thing. I had no more spoons left to give at that point so I let it go. Hubby gets home and says nope, not acceptable, gets on the phone, gets to a sup who promises that we will get a call in 1-2 hours with an appointment sometime in the next two days. No call. Next day I get the daily call I arranged for about this and decide I need to go to a sup. I explain the situation and the frustration, (including how painful this has been for me as I am disabled and hand washing is NOT easy! ) and was told that she doesn't know what the issue is but sees that we are scheduled for a time 10 days away!!! I obviously said that is not acceptable. I am waiting a call back for her to find out what the AHEM is going on. I told her that I felt like we had bent over backwards to accommodate them when it should be the other way around.

Haven't utilized service, but everything looks like it's squared away in case of any issues relating to my warranty.

I cannot say enough good things about the Geek Squad service and the men and women who are dedicated for caring for your purchases.

We bought the 5-year protection plan for our dishwasher. After 4 years, we developed a leak. It took a week to get a repair person scheduled, who didn’t show for the appointment. It took another week to get them to actually come out, another week for the report to be filed, and another week to initiate a claim review, which I’m told will take two more weeks. Each of these steps has required me to call to figure out what is going on to start the next next. All told, we will be without a dishwasher for a minimum of 6 WEEKS. Plus, each phone call to push the process to the next step involves HOURS of wait time. Don’t believe me? Here’s a picture of my 2+ hour hold waiting to talk to someone right now. I would only recommend this if you don’t mind going for WEEKS upon WEEKS without a resolution and HOURS on hold. We won’t be purchasing any of these in the future.
