    Always buy Geek Squad Extended Warranty for major appliances! We’ve always made use of our Geek Squad Warranty, very efficient and great service. We have never ever had any problems with them and highly recommend getting it!

    These appliances are simply amazing! However you should be aware that unspent cycle the washer is a bit loud. Make sure that you purchase a warranty plan with them because they are truly high-tech and I could see how that could be an issue in the future. I'm sure repairs would be very costly

    Purchased a 3-year protection plan for a LG refrigerator in January 2019. Water has been dripping from the ice dispenser for several weeks. There is no ability to set up in home appointments online, but by phone only. Getting to talk to BB customer service rep takes literally hours, with an average waiting time of at least an hour. No point asking for a return call when they don't do it. Best Buy uses third party contractors. They sent a tech in early June. He told us there was nothing wrong with the fridge, cleaned it and left. Second appt was set up for today. Received 2 texts and 2 voice message reminders in last 2 days. At 9:15 today I got a text from the third party contractor to notify me the appt had been cancelled. No reason whatsoever. I've been waiting for BB return call for more than 3 hours (they were supposed to call back in 1 hour 17 minutes).

    Fortunately I have not had to take advantage of the warranty or extended warranty and I hope I don't have to. But having the extended warranty at a reasonable price gives me great piece of mind. If the service is as professional as the installers were, I trust that any repairs I need to have done will be a great experience.

    Washes our clothes great. I've had a different brand but it didn't wash near as well. It really surprised me at how much of a difference it is between two different brands. The one I have doesn't have an agitator but it cleans up my son's clothes really well and I don't have to wash them twice. The one thing i do not like about these kinds of washers, the glass lids. That's what happened to the last one and it was just as inexpensive to buy a new one, well almost anyways.

    I bought a washer 4 years ago & it already broke. It would have cost about $350 to fix. This time we are buying a cheaper washer with a warranty.

    I recently purchased a Whirlpool washer, expecting a seamless laundry experience, but was sorely disappointed. Right from the start, leveling the machine proved to be a Herculean task. The feet adjustments are so finicky that achieving a stable foundation feels nearly impossible. This instability has led to an intolerably loud operation. Each cycle is accompanied by such a cacophony that it reverberates throughout the house, disrupting the peace. Furthermore, the vibrations are so severe that the machine practically dances across the floor. The promise of Whirlpool's quality and efficiency was completely unmet, leaving me with regret over my purchase. This product has been a letdown in terms of both functionality and user-friendliness.
