    I bought this for my 90 yr. "father in law" He doesn't have cable, wi-fi, or anything that's modern. His old tube TV had finally died and he wanted a basic TV. This Insignia is just what the Doctor ordered for him. Very clear, crisp picture which is especially important for someone of his age with diminished eyesight. The fact that the speaker announces the stations as he uses the remote makes it even better. I looked at Samsung, Sony, etc., but am very pleased with this choice.

    TV is not feature laden but does what we want. TV does work OK on our antenna. Remote is small and TV is not smart, but for a basic TV it is good.
