This is a decent flat screen HDTV at a good price. It works well for what I need: a clear picture, decent sound, minimal fuss. Unlike a lot of other models, this one actually has an audio jack so I can plug in personal headphones---a welcome feature for when I don't want the sound to bother other people in the house. I use it in a medium-sized bedroom rather than a large living room, so I'm not expecting a bold home-theater level of projection. Good value!

For the price, this tv is perfect. We had a flood, and have downsized our bedroom until everything is fixed. This size is perfect for our smaller room. Will work great in guest room later on, or an office. The TV volume is always on mute when the TB is turned on. I am not sure if its a setting, but I have looked. It is somewhat frustrating, but we've gotten used to it. The closest store is too far away to make it worth while to get fixed/exchange.

My old 20 year old CRT TV broke and was looking for a cheap replacement. I went online and search for a 32" replacement on Google and Best Buy ad for one came up. Read the reviews and it was mostly good for the price at $99 plus tax so I decided to buy. No regrets here. Definitely a good buy and I am alright recommending this TV to another person who has a limited amount of mullah to spend.

Got this as an open box item, and used the savings to buy a 5 year warranty with Best Buy. If I have a problem with the set anytime during the next 5 years, BB either fixes it or gives me a new set. The TV has a very good picture (if you sit more than 5-6 feet from the screen, it looks as good as a 1080p or 4k), and very good DTS sound from its built-in speakers. Excellent LED TV for the price!
