Was looking for a low cost small TV for a spare room. This one fit the bill except for a couple of negatives. The instructions were in pictograph form only and not very definitive - took a long time to get it set up. Secondly, there are no control buttons on the set itself. All programming must be done from the remote - not good if the remote becomes lost !

I love this Insignia TV! In fact we have a 19” to go along with this one, in a different room, since we like them so much, very good and sharp picture! Volume works well and connections are great here. Great with cable HDMI connection and Fire TV Stick.

This television has a great picture. The sound system is perfect. We had bought a television about 5 years ago and the picture was great but the sound was like you were in a tunnel. We ended up buying a sound system for that television. With this new one we didn't have to do that!! It's a great television.

I purchased this TV for a guest room. The price was great for the size! The TV works great and the picture is just fine without HD service. The sound quality is adequate for a guest room. I prefer better sound in a TV atmosphere or media room but for guest room purposes it is just fine.

I have purchased all my TV's and computers from Best Buy! All prices are reasonable and with the no interest plans it made it very easy for me to purchase enough high quality TV's to allow my 2 children to have TV's in their dorm rooms...and new computers...and TV's in their bedrooms when they come home!!!

I purchased this tv for my dad who is 83 years old. The picture is great and sound is okay. It is being used in the bedroom. Drawbacks: the set up is terrible especially using a cable box. It took numerous times going back and forth to get the set up correct. It also takes some time to warm up or turn on when powering up, but for $129.00, it is worth it.

I was concerned about buying this product because I did not recognize the name and determined it is branded by Best Buy and made elsewhere i checked out some reviews which were positive and then purchased the television I am very please with the TV and consider it to be excellent The picture quality is excellent

Wanted a TV for my home office to stream Netflix, Amazon, and Roku ... Wasn't looking for a huge TV or necessarily 4k. The picture is clear and the TV works well. Sound isn't very loud, but fine for a small room like a home office or bedroom. I'm sure a soundbar would improve this drastically. Overall, I'm very satisfied, especially considering the price.

We needed an inexpensive TV for one of our guest rooms & this was perfect! I didn't want to spend a ton of money to put it in a room that is barely used. I had previously purchased an Insignia HDTV about 8 years ago and never had any issues. So, for the Black Friday pricing, I figured it was worth investing again.

Picked this TV up for my son as a Christmas gift for his bedroom. Great price for this grade of TV. Picture and sound are good. He spends a fair amount of time gaming and this fits the bill perfectly. Sounds like several BB associates also like it as they commented about having also bought one as I was buying it.
