The purchase of the product was for one purpose, needing access to the latest Word, Excel and PowerPoint, but I have now had to use Notebook with a business advisor and it has been life saving to help collaborate with remote workers.

I have used MS Office 365 for a number of years and it does everything I need for both business and personal application.

An essential way of using the Internet and do word processing. Microsoft 365 builds on previous versions and is now easier to use. Also, it is great that Best Buy offers the annual renewal option and provides automatic updates.

I have always liked Microsoft applications. I think its a shame we have to keep renewing it yearly. (A sign of the times.) Great product, i don't like the expense that is attached.

Having utilized this product on bith a personal and professional level, i would say it’s definitely essential. Not only are you able to use it while at your desk, but you can use it on the go. OneDrive makes it so convenient to store and share documents. .

I haven’t had to use this yet but the comfort and security I have just knowing I have access to it is great.

Microsoft 365 is an excellent subscription and essential for almost anyone, whether used for personal, educational, or business reasons. It is great to be able to use this product on multiple devices.

I'm retired, so don't use these products so often However, it's always good to have it when you need it, and there is really not a substitute for EXCEL once you have grown used to using it.

Love having this software available for both my pc and Mac I can use Microsoft Word and Excel for personal and work as well as for my side business software only wish for the software not used we could have options to use another Microsoft software in its place like Microsoft project instead of Microsoft Access

I love Microsoft 365!!!! Literally!!!! My family and I are college students, educators, and lead a very active life in various activities that require the usage of MS Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. We could not function with this product.

This was the second time I renewed my subscription to this Microsoft bundle that includes Word. Best Buy has been prompt on letting me know when the subscription was running out and gave me plenty of time to decide if i wanted to renew.

I was not notified when the subscription expired and it created an inconvenience for me. I was also not notified that the subscription was no longer included in my Total Tech Support subscription, so I thought it was already paid. However, once it was cancelled, it was easy to resolve.

Love this program anc the updates that automatically come.

It's the same old MS 365 subscription, no complaints, we use it all.

Love my Microsoft office 365 app. Has helped me get through all of my educational goals.
