i had many car audio its items installed by best buy by different tech's & each time they took time & care in my install. I also had a few remote starts installed & same thing installed correct with no issues & if customers come back with issues i see them go out & try & solve it on the spot.

I had been without any music for a month. These men took the time to wire two amps to my stereo and now my car is louder than it’s ever been!! Great job to the team who hooked up my system in 6 hours when they claimed it would take 10 hours. You can now hear my car for blocks !

Without much in the way of new information available, the Geek Squad did a fantastic job installing my new amp into a new 2021 Hyundai Elantra. Car is too new for most diagrams and schematics but based on their knowledge of older Elantras, they figured out the best location to install. VERY impressed by their professionalism.

After having to cancel multiple appointments due to rain I was finally able to take the Camaro into Best Buy for Eric to instal a radio, speakers, amp and backup camera. Eric was a pleasure to deal with and performed a super clean install on the car. Since the Camaro is a super clean hot rod, I really appreciated Eric’s attention to details during the install. The car also looked very clean when I picked it up. Can’t say enough about how happy I am with this experience!

I was in a hurry looking for some last minute gifts and your team assisted me and withing 15 minutes i was out the door with my gifts!! Thank you for such good attitudes during a hectic time of year!!

It's been years since I've installed my own amp, stereos seemed much simpler then. The Geek Squad installer asked several questions, looked up the aftermarket speakers I had and tuned the amp perfectly to bring out the best sound at a high listening level without damaging the speakers. All in all, I'm glad I had Best Buy's installers put the amplifier in and tune it to my vehicle.

This install didn't happen, I opted for a better sound.

I had problems getting power to my head unit and chris took care of the issue for me and only charged me by the hour he also tuned my amps and made sure everything was working properly.

Chris at Citrus Heights performed a great install. He also took time to install larger. speaker wire, both which I paid for. My Ford Explorer sounds full and nice with all types of music. The amplifier install is secure and I have no static, hum or heat issues. He was friendly and professional. My CD receiver install performed a month before also went great. I will probably return to Geek Squad for another install in a while. Thanks for the service!

I had a non-typical install using a MS8 dsp amp and a 5 channel Rockford Fosgate. The installer was great about talking through my ideas on amp locations, speaker wiring, and how I wanted everything to tie together. The install was very clean and neat, and was able to get it all finished (including a head unit) in the same day. After the install we went through some setup on the head unit and ms8 to insure everything was working as intended. I would definitely recommend these guys for future installs.

If you have the option to purchase Total Tech Support at the time of purchasing your amp, sub, speakers, or head unit, DO IT! This installation, along with countless other speakers, were completed for no charge, under the Total Tech Support package. For just a small one time fee, you get a years worth of installation (with some items requiring additional fees). My installer was professional, and got the job done. Count on Best Buy to get the job done.

This amp was installed in my pontoon . Josh did an awesome job. Extra care was taken in selecting the location for the amp and all wires tucked in nice and clean . Very professional .sounds great!! I highly recommend Josh and Best Buy

Ryan at the Cuyahoga Falls store was awesome. He was pretty sure I didn't need a thousand plus dollar investment in my car stereo system. He was dead on accurate. It was installed quickly,accurately, and even out of site! My car audio sounds great and my hats off to Ryan for such a professional job!!

Best Buy install went great! The installers made sure I ordered everything I needed to complete the install. The end result was a much better sounding stereo system.

Smitty is fantastic. He did a phenomenal job installing my JL AUDIO amp into my truck. And he also checked out and fixed my JBL speaker installation that someone else messed up. I would not trust anyone else with my car audio installations or repairs. Smitty knows his stuff and is a consummate professional.

The Geek Squad team from Downey helped me installed my Sundown Audio 4 channel amp. Eddie helped me run 0 gauge power and ground wires to my distribution block and then to the amp. His installation technique is very professional. All the cables were grouped together cleanly and the speaker wires were all hidden nicely. Superb job.

Installation Geeks for auto are just as important as the ones that work on your appliances or electronics. Ended up going to a different store to correct a poor installation. Brian and Dan fixed it and I love it.
