When you buy something like a laptop, buying a geek squad is a must

Well worth the money for this service. It pays for itself, especially you buy from there often.

Definitely should get any protection with any big purchase, the $40 charge for the protection will save you if god forbid you needed a $200 repair

This is a really good product. We have three cats and two are Maine Coons and one of those is quite large. The vessel wasn’t tall enough for him and he wasn’t comfortable in it so didn’t use it and did his biz elsewhere so we returned it. The customer service from Litter Robot was great and the app worked well. Two of the three cats were fine with it, just the one ultimately was not. It wasn’t a problem with the unit so still receiving 5 stars. I would still recommend.
