My biggest praise for Geek squad is for my first laptop. I bought a ASUS R-510LA and both of them were nightmares.About 45 time on line, in store with Geek Squad, 3 times with Fry's and four times being sent to ASUS. It never stayed fixed, and the Rebuilt/|refurbished replacement from ASUS was joke as well. Geek Squad tried so hard and I believe I had 8-9 months where it worked well. But either on 8.1 or 10.they were both MPOS. Thanks for trying over 25 months, and now my new choices are protected and chosen carefully.

The Geek Squad Protection service is great! Our blue-ray player just quit working one day. It was covered by the Protection Plan. We took it to our local Best Buy and they replaced it right then and there! No hassle.

I love Gueek Squad protection coverage,you can rest assure that your electronics,etc. are covered.
And if anything goes wrong,Bestbuy will fix them for you at no cost to you,and if they can't fix the item,they'll give you a new replacement.
You can't beat that !

I like the Geek Squad Protection plans because of product replacement or full refund of price paid. I've had to use the Geek Squad Protection plan on a couple of occasions and I've been completely happy with the service.

I highly recommend a product replacement plan for any electronics. This is very helpful if a product breaks and you need to replace the product under the replacement plan or they will refund it.

I have had to use this plan on on couple of different. All have you to do is tell them what is wrong and they will replace it of give you a gift card if it is not available any longer.

$85 for a no strings 4 year warranty on a $500 TIVO Bolt. Considering it's a fairly new product line that seemed like a good idea especially when thinking about how much work it's going to see in 4 years.

I bought a TEVO Bolt from Best Buy.com along with a 2-year Geek Protection Plan. When the TEVO arrived, my cable company had difficulties getting it to operate as it should. I contacted Geeks and was told 1) they had no service technicians in my area, and 2) since the product was new, I should contact the manufacturer directly. What was the purpose of buying the tech assistance from Geeks???
