I never thought I would ever end up using one of these but believe it or not I was within 48 hours of the end of my geek squad protection and I had to use it. This insurance facilitated for me to get another item brand new due to the fact they didn’t make it anymore. If you plan on using some thing for an extended period and you need the peace of mind to have a replacement this is for you

Need to help your high price warranty. I say it useful to get on items over $150. Saves you from stuff breaking after a year. I get one if look to help you in the future!

Received opened it up placed on counter. Working just fine. Purchased warranty for peace of mind. Products made but imperfect people mean product are not perfect, although there are exceptions

I i+used this on the Microwave, I have not had to use this yet, but glad I have it.

I love our microwave we can heat up wat ever we need and if we want to be lazzy we can air fry some wings and have that nice crisp for football sundays

We always get protection on all of our best buy items which has been such a god send! We love you Best Buy keep doing what you’re doing! there protection policy’s are the best! Will never get one from any other store other than Best Buy! That’s a fact!

Always buy insurance if items no longer available upgrade to similar or better

Very impressive. The Sharp microwave is so quiet, you have to look at it to see if it is running. The controls are easy to maneuver around. I also like the presets. It's also easy to clean.

I have always purchased geek squad protection plan for big items like tv or microwaves. Its a plus that they offee because for tv if you get pixel issues, they will fix or replace and i get for microwave and to surprise i get to use it before few months of geek squad expiration when my microwave had some button issues.

Purchased Geek Squad protection for my microwave. Although I don’t think I will need it, all electronic appliances are not built like they use to. It’s cheap insurance in the event of breakage right after the warranty expires and I like the fact that Best Buy will be the one who will come out and fix or replace it.

It is a good service if you’re not too good at technology stuff.

If you have a great Best buy location with a great management team you are all set if you have one of these payment plans. No need to send it in in most cases, you bring it back and they let you grab a new one after they give you a gift card. I got my microwave for a little cheaper price and the manager helped me out when I found a new microwave. Most of the locations have solid customer service.
