Geek Squad has changed a little bit. Now. You have to go through the manufacturer warranty. The first year afterwards, you have to go through the geek. Squad program, even though, if you're not satisfied with your product say like a refrigerator the large appliances your appliance has to really be and go through quite a bit before they would. Take it back. I would think my refrigerator would be recalled as a lemon. Even though I've called them back a few times for the same problem.. But I'm happy that they have come out and fixed it multiple times and it's still under warranty. So I'm happy and every other time I've had Geek Squad, they've always have been able to fix it, but with mom playing says they do a change or give you your money back quickly.

By far, my best owned Samsung microwave. Best part of it is its built in air fryer! Had it for over two years and it works like its still brand new. No problem whatsoever.

Work pretty well. The microwave is not as powerful as I expected. I also wished it had buttons not just a dial.

The microwave is a good size not too big however, you have to add about an extra 30 - 60 secs to orginal heating time.

We were able to return the microwave without any trouble. They gave us a refund and we bought a new one.

I always get this protection- JIC.. This is first time I used it - took awhile to replace my microwave-oven which wasn't even 2 yrs old - but had been discontinued. However -eventually got one - just had to pay difference in price between old one and new one and get new protection plan. Too bad they don't have loaners as one month without microwave is a LONG time. Luckily they found similar product - practically identical actually- so I got one sooner.

This is the best option when buying devices and appliances. To know that you have replacement or repair coverage is a comfort I will always pay for when shopping at best buy. When the manufacturer warranty runs out you can depend on geek squad

Gotta wear protection! There are too many possible problems with modern equipment plus so many evil hackers wanting to ruin your computer.

I really like this toaster, but I find that it works best when set on number 2. Anything higher than 2 with my particular toaster left me with burnt edges on my toast. Other than that it's a pretty nice toaster.

Never really had to use it but when I have it saved me $$. I don’t have the income to spend hundreds on an I got to do this now basis. So it can come in handy.

Microwave was just purchased April 30, 2023, less than a month ago, so I have not had a need to use the Geek Squad Service. I like to know that I have the protection just in case I need it though. :)

Made it almost a year. Today while cooking in what we normally do, it started soarking! Made sure no metal but kept happening. Looks like time for a new one but is under the 2 yr warranty so hope to get a replacement. Other than this, we have had excellent experience with this machine.

I would give 5 stars however, less than 1 year into purchase, microwave died. Received credit for the purchased price of the microwave but nothing for the 3 remaining years on the service plan without going through the hassle of filing a claim with the manufacturer.

Most of the products I have taken to the Geek Squad to review were old products not of which were usuable. They were able to recycle them for me. I have a product that has files on it but they said I may need to send to another place and pay? All the workers have been helpful and polite to me.
