Our desktop was working sluggishly and the Geek Squad tech was very helpful in telling us about the problem and suggesting solutions without pushing products in a hard sell.

Haven't had a need to use it yet, but like insurance, it's good to know that it's there, just in case.

I always get an extended warranty theses days. Electronics are so unpredictable, and disposable. Best Buy is good on their warranty! Replaced a TV that I had for almost 4 years. They gave me store credit for the price I paid for the original TV, and sent me happily on my way!!! They even replaced up to 2 remotes for the course of time. one fell apart and the other just stopped working. They had a little difficulty finding just the right remote, but was happy in the end. I’ve been a loyal customer for absolutely 25 years.

I renewed my plan because my Sony bravia is brand new as is my cellphone. Despite my best efforts, I cant get the phone to mirror on the tv. The squad is scheduled to come and hopefully fix the problem. I feel very safe with geek squad backing me and my gear!!

There is nothing like the Geek Squad Service for whatever you purchase through Best Buy including putting on screen protectors to protection for tv’s and devices. The service is amazing and fast.

Always, always buy Geek Squad Protection. I have had three TV's (Samsung) go bad after two years of owning them. Geek Squad protection replaced my TV's. Most of the replacements were upgraded models due to the other models being discontinued. The protection plan is worth the money and peace of mind.

Always have good experiences with Geek Squad service plans. Just makes it easier to deal with issues that pop up a few years after ownership.

From now on we will buy extra protection plan. Did not buy for prior blue ray because we had total home protection. We had to pay money for geek squad to send in old one and tell us it can not be fixed!

We bought this geek squad protection plan because we bought this Blu-ray 4K player for a coworker and you just never know when she may need it so I am assuming that these guys are going to do a great job when it comes to using this protection plan

Haven't had to use the protection this time but I have in the past. Would recommend on lower priced items that are cheaper quality.

I buy the protection/replacement programs for everything I buy. Well worth the investment. Better than having to pay for a whole new one if it breaks and the prices for the protection are very reasonable!

Love having the peace of mind knowing that our TV and DVD player are now hooked up securely and professionally! What would have taken us all day to do only took them 45 minutes...,and that includes programming it too!

The Geek Squad (Ian) came to my house and installed the TV and mounted to the wall, also mounted the soundbar and set everything up to work properly. IAN was VERY PROFESSIONAL, and I appreciated all the advice he gave as well.
