Very nice TV for the price. Looked at several other TV's but chose this one based on price. Fits nicely in a smaller living room. Also did not want to have smart TV. Easy to set up works fine with cable and good pictures.

I was surprised how cheap this tv was plugged it in and ever since then I fell in love. Great clarity easy to install and really nice sound would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good but inexpensive led tv

Great picture, sound quality is good enough for our den. Multiple HDMI ports are convenient for different devices. Very light weight makes it easy to move for tailgating or to use as a 2nd TV for football season.

I was looking for a less expensive TV for my bedroom. This works perfectly. With gift cards and member points I am really happy with the TV and the deal. Great picture. Not a smart TV but I already had a Roku for that.

I got this 40 inch at a really good price. I first bought an Insignia tv about 9 years ago. I wasn't sure of the name but i knew of a bar in my neighborhood that had six 32 inchers on the wall and they had been there a couple of years and had the power on 16 hours a day everyday so i knew they were built to last. Back then i bought one with a 2 year warranty, i figured i had nothing to lose, and the thing is still working beautifully. I have been buying insignia televisions ever since. I haven't had a problem with one of them. My daughter bought a Samsung and its not even two years old and she is having problems with her picture. I will never guarantee anything but i will recommend something if its worked out for me and this television certainly has.

We wanted a new TV but nothing fancy. This TV fit the bill. It was easy to set up and has good picture and sound. it is in a small living room and it works well there. Was easy to connect Blu Ray DVD player to TV.

It had a great picture and I loved the volume. The remote was easy to operate. It decided not to come on one morning after no sign of any issues. Of course I was sad.

bought this tv for my bedroom and i have not been disappointed. picture quality is great and the size is perfect for my room. sound is good but a sound bar really wakes it up. a great buy either way.

Have bought multiple Insignia LED TV's from Best Buy before and this one has the largest screen of them all. The picture quality and sound are very good and the TV is easy to set up. The price is great. It has 3 HDMI ports (which should be the bare minimum for any new TV). I use it for both cable and over-the-air (OTA) TV. The tuner for receiving TV signals with an antenna is good and it finds all the channels in my area, but the TV does not have a program guide for OTA signals. The signal strength indicator is basic (only shows 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% or 100%). You cannot add any channels manually (only auto-search which erases all old channel data). Other negative for me is that the remote with this TV is smaller with less buttons those for my older Insignia TVs. Especially miss the 'favorites' button for the OTA channels since I use it a lot to switch OTA channels more easily. Luckily I found out that I can use the remote from my older Insignia TV's so I just ordered an extra one of that model remote online. All in all, (especially now with the older model remote) I am very happy with this TV. I give it 4 out of 5 stars. Would give it an extra star if it had a program guide for OTA signals, better signal indicator, a function to manually add channels, a way to preserve previously found channels during an auto-search and a better remote with more functions (the older model remote is just fine).

We purchased the same TV a year ago and loved it. While shopping at Best Buy recently we saw the same tv at an even lower price. It's light weight and very easy to set up. We highly recommend this product

tv looks great, was easy to mount. its a tiny remote, but we use cable box remote anyways. hmdi ports are close together so like a fire stick definitely needs the top port, but that is every TV

I have minimal space and this TV fits perfectly in my room. It has an excellent picture for the price. Plenty of hdmi inputs for my equipment. Best of all the price is tight for those on a budget.

This television has excellent clarity and color. You can't beat it for the price! It was easy to set up and to navigate through all the features. We're completely satisfied with this purchase.

I got this as a temporary TV due to moving later this year. I did not expect it to look this good and work this smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone on a budget but wants a decent product

I bought this as a tv for my teenagers game room. They said it was easy to set up, attached a dvd player to it and picture and sound quality were very decent for the price...under $200.

for the size and features this tv has can not beat the price. got this tv for the bedroom. makes a great secondary tv. also it has excellent sound. easy to setup only takes minutes.

Picture quality is better than I thought it would be. Had to upgrade my cable box, but it is fun to play with all the new features. For a small room, it is just the right size.
