An excellent purchase. Very satisfied with this TV. The audio output options allow the use of the headphonejack to connect analog audio systems (like my old home theater). The cons is that it doesn't allow view the OTA program guide.

This is my second insignia. My first was a 40 inch and after 6 months i want to upgrade to a lager one for the living room and with out a second thought i knew i was getting another insignia. Right out the box the picture quality was perfect and setup was a breeze. I saw multiple reviews saying the sound was weak, but I disagree the sound is crisp and clear. I would recommend this TV to anyone looking for good quality at a fair price.

Decent tv, would definitely buy again, average picture

TV picture is beautiful I own 3 insignia tvs but why this one came with a remote that you can fit in the palm of your hand.sooo small.

We were originally looking for a 40" since I broke my son's TV in our move. We found this one for $299 and the one we were going to purchase was $239. So we decided to go with the bigger one for only a little bit more and we are happy we did. This is a great TV for the bedroom. The sound on it is pretty good too where I do not need a sound bar which is a plus. Only downside is that there's only 3 HDMI ports.

Easy setup and great picture especially for the price

I bought this tv almost a year ago when our other tv went out due to a storm. It has done everything I have asked it to do and has an exceptional picture to it. It has plenty of hookups on it.

65 inch went out over 4th holiday. Good quality picture for the price, easy instillation and warranty policy can't beat. Talking with the salesman and other TV comparisons helped, not a great difference in the brand names.

The picture is fantastic, the sound is amazing, and it's sleek. This is the best electronic purchase I have ever made and it's great for movies and video games. Must buy!

If you are not a tech person and just want a cheap budget tv that you can watch high def on this is for you . I returned this because this tv is just not up to par with major brands as far as picture and quality . It's a low end budget tv bottom line . It's really not a bad tv for the price ,but you get what you pay for and don't expect to be blown away or to get the same quality picture you will with solid name brands like Samsung LG or even Vizio . My advice spend a little extra 50-75 and get a Vizio or even tlc both better budget tv

Great picture for the price. I did not need a smart TV for my application, so this TV worked great for me. I'm actually going to buy another one today!

This is my second 48" Insignia TV and I must say it is an upgrade over the first one in a few ways. The base of the tv is changed to a leg style on each side of the television and actually allows you to put your streaming devices under it and and maybe even your cable box if it is similar in height. It also has 3 HDMI inputs which helps because it can keep you from needing to buy a switch to connect all of your devices to the tv at once. All in all a great tv for the price, especially if you are able to catch it on sale.

Good picture and color, slight delay when you turn on and when switching between inputs. Good value for the price. I would prefer a bit sturdier stand.

We are very happy with this TV. It is nothing fancy, but it has all the features we wanted. It even has one more HDMI port than the 40" Samsung we are replacing. We have an older Insignia TV that it is still going strong, so were confident this one will perform well for years.

Bargain price for this size TV. Color and picture are great
