The agent mounted my speakers quickly. Did not know how to connect all my devices.

They installed a 5.1 in ceiling speaker system for me they were really knowledgeable and professional answered all of my questions did a great job and cleaned up very well after themselves add everything up and running in a couple hours

I will be buying a TV to mount shortly. I normally do it myself but with the TotalTech program, it’s well worth it. The team Robert and Travis were awesome! I am going to request them again. Best Buy I hope you’re paying these guys at least $30+ because not only did they do an excellent job, but the details of cleaning up, the details or making sure my speakers were in line…it’s an OCDs persons dream come true (I’m OCD) If you are not paying three guys what they are worth, don’t be surprised if they get other job offers because they are that good. Hands down, the best install, the best team!!! I can’t say enough. Thank you!

The Geek Squad did a very nice install of my 7 ceiling speakers. They installed them exactly where I wanted them and cleaned up after they were done! Very pleased.

NICE JOB, BUT THEY NEED TO RETURN TO FIX SOME PROBLEMS..I HAVE TRIED MORE THAN 5 TIMES TO CALL TEIR NUMBER THEY LEFT BUT THRY HAVE FAILED TO RETURN MY CALLS. I AM NOT HAPPY.

Best Buy Geek Squad are skilled professionals who know their trade. I’ve used them to do three separate installs and have been pleased every time. However, I will say that Best Buy does contract with a third party company to do some of their work like TV mounting, camera installation, etc.. REFUSE THEIR SERVICE AND REQUEST BEST BUY GEEK SQUAD DIRECT EMPLOYEES!! The third party they sent to my house was terrible and unprofessional. They couldn’t mount my tv centered in my media cabinet and they didn’t clean up after themselves.

The Geek Squad did a great job of setting up my home theatre, installing my internal and external speakers, programming my remote and installing the TV.

Corey did a great job. He was very patient showing me how to use my new setup and even customized the programming to my needs! LOVE IT!

Getting scheduiled and discussing issues with your customer service phone team is awfull. They can't undnerstand english very well, and can't speak it clearly. The techs that came to our home were outstanding.

The TV was mounted to the wall and they connected it to our stereo system. They did an excellent job.
