    The installers did a good job, and came back out when I had an issue of the tv not staying in surround sound mode. Unfortunately the product is not as good as the service or install. My old Sanyo speakers sound about as good as these do.

    The Geek Squad technicians did a superb job of installing the mounting bracket and hanging the TV. It was centered and exactly at the proper height for viewing. They took their time in explaining the features of both the TV and the bracket. Very professional crew-highly recommend.

    Matt was a true professional and extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. He not only did a fantastic job on this installation but has remained in touch to make sure no issues popped up. Best Buy has put together a fantastic team for the Geek Squad in my area. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad!!!!!!

    Geek Squad came to deliver new TV. Also to install TV, new Sony 7.2 channel receiver and connect to existing Bose speakers. Turns out that the existing speakers, including wiring and locations were usable as is. So new speaker concealment was not needed. But the Squad tech did a good job getting the systems to wok well together.

    Outstanding service from Cyril and his partner! Extremely knowledgeable about our system and they were careful to install everything. Showed us how to use it once they completed the installation. Excellent customer service!

    Dean and Damian were great. They came in and performed the work quickly and made sure I was satisfied with everything. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure I didn't have any questions about anything before leaving.

    Geek squad did a great job installing 6x speakers. Very professionally done, the crew was great in our home as well. The crew installed 4x B&W Ceiling Speaker and 2x B&W front wall presence speakers. Sounds Amazing!
