Geek squad had to come back to finish job drywall, because they could line up speakers correctly without cutting portions of stud out. Next time I will ask them to bring a stud finder before cutting drywall.

Installation of wiring was great. Team was unable to install ATMOS speakers. I never heard back from anyone on options. Disappointing...not typical experience with BestBuy after Many years of purchases.

Terrible experience. This is a simple install of speakers scheduled two weeks ago. Today, got a call that the third party installer would not be able to make the appointment. My only Geek Squad option, reschedule for a time two weeks from today. Not sure why Best Buy and the Geek Squad would make anyone go to the back of the line, especially someone who paid for a Total membership. I am not happy, at all.

If you would a rude and lazy tech to visit your home, I suggest you ask Rocky to do a speaker installation for you. Rocky's sole focus during his visit was to ensure I understood that he would do no extra work of any kind. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

Best buy did not understand the complexity of installing speakers in the 1st floor ceiling. After 60 days of back n forth, plan is to return my purchases.

Couldn’t do the job I described and they charged me for. Kept no showing or cancelling, then shows up and explains they can plug in wires or plugs into outlets that’s it. Took me six months to get my refund

We attempted to get a home stereo system installed in our home. Unfortunately we did not get the support we needed. We will have to look elsewhere and most likely cancel our Geek Squad membership.

Television was not mounted because the Geel Squad agent did not show-up

Vic did not rush thru the job...he and his support staff installed everything perfectly and calibrated the DVD player, receiver, and all remotes.
