Havnt had to use this yet but i feel good that i have the piece of mind its there if needed.

Have not had to use yet, but the 3 year protection lets me feel better about buying a really expensive mop.

Geek squad is great they may take a little time to get something replaced and it can also be frustrating at times but in the end it’s worth it
