My mother-in-law's television stopped working so we wanted to replace her television for Christmas. She didn't need it to be a smart TV, just a television to watch her shows and movies. This television has great picture quality! I would definitely recommend this television to anyone who is looking for an economical price but still has an amazing picture.

This is definitely not top-of-the-line, but it's a pretty good TV in this range. We were looking for a secondary TV to use in the bedroom and the picture quality is nice. This is not smart or anything, but adding something like a Roku solves that issue. I actually prefer it this way, it responds faster than my Samsung Smart TV.

I was surprised at the low price for this set, on special in the store. I checked the review online and was impressed with the quality and the specs. The 3 HDMI connections was key for us. Got it home, installed the feet (literally, 4 screws in total) and had it set up in minutes. Blown away by the quality and performance. The sound is more than adequate in a living room setting. We opted for the 5-year protection plan for only $60, since it includes in-home service! We had planned to buy a 43" TV, but this costs less and is excellent quality.

I bought this because it reviewed well enough and was inexpensive enough for a secondary or 3rd tv, but was tremendously surprised at the picture and sound quality and size for the $ spent. Don't get me wrong, I'm not replacing my 65" UHD curved tv, but if you want to spend less than $1k on a tv and don't need UHD, this thing is a home run and can easily be a number 1 tv. Plenty of HDMI ports to connect blu ray, game console, and satellite/ cable. Winner - even at a higher price.
