Good picture at a good price. TV ia still looking good after 2 years. It isn't a smart TV but I did not need to pay extra for that feature since I connect a firestick to it. Insignia is almost always a solid choice when buying a TV.

For the price this TV is very good. I mounted 2 of these units beside a Samsung 75 inch for a classroom. The clarity between the expensive Samsung and this unit is obvious, but for the price the Insignia is perfect.

I bought my television 1 year ago and I take extremely good care of it and it still looks and sounds like the day I bought it. It just goes to show that if you maintain something such as a television that it will last as long as you appreciate it and clean it.

for $250 brand new, this tv cannot be beat! image quality and color are just fine. Not as good as a super high end tv, nor it is smart, but i have my firestick for all of that. I know flat panel tv's have terrible audio... so I purchased a home theatre in a box... problem solved.

This is my 2nd Insignia TV purchase in the past 4 months and it's a great TV! Picture, sound, all works great! My 1st purchase was for the Insignia Smart TV (with ROKU) approx. same size. I love them both! Highly recommend this if you're looking for a good product!

Needed a new TV for my home, saw an ad for Best Buy and was able to make it to the store to take advantage of the sale they were having. Grandkids love watching movies on the 50 inch screen and the picture quality is awesome. Love the new TV!!

50in tv for in my bedroom. Better picture than my TLC. Didn’t expect such an excellent picture. Wish I had bought it sooner. Didn’t know much about Insignia but gosh, I’m impressed! Don’t overlook this T.V. You’ve got to check this T.V. Out.

I love the Insignia brand. This is my third Insignia TV. They are all working great. Living room, 5 years, bedroom 3 years and now the garage for 2 months. Sound and picture is good. Really good price too. Best Buy always does a great job and has all I need.

I was in the market for 42 smart tv but when I saw I could get a larger TV and buy a Roku USB device and still save money it was hard to refuse. I’ve had Insignia TV in the past and they worked great so I came out great with this purchase

We’ve owned many different brands of TVs, this one is excellent for sure. Color is great! Only thing I would ding it for is the sound, but this is easily fixed with a sound bar or external speakers. Other than that we love it so far for the value.

I was deciding between a 55 and 50 in and decided to go with the 50 because my apt is so small. I also was sceptical about the brand because id never heard of it, but It's a perfect fit, shows an excellent picture and so far I'm loving it.

This will be my 3rd Insignia HDTV in the past 2 years. Love them all. Started with a smaller one for the bedroom 2 years ago, added a larger one last year and upgraded that one to this 50" version this year. Grandma has the 42" now. Happy Birthday to her!

I bought this TV for my sister's home for Christmas (their's broke on Thanksgiving) and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! They LOVE it and it was so easy to buy online and they picked it up that same day. Picture is fabulous and sound is great! No soundbar needed.

Purchased this TV for the bedroom. I mounted it on the wall and use it with an antenna and a Roku3. The picture quality is good but at 60Hz, it's not real good for fast action. The remote is very basic as is the guide information. My other TVs provide better information on signal strength and quality, guide, etc., but for a basic non-smart TV it is adequate. The Roku picture is great. I did try to use a Linksys Media Center Extender on it and the TV did not do well displaying the correct aspect on standard definition feeds. I wouldn't have a problem recommending this TV to a friend with the aforementioned caveats.

this Insignia 50-inch TV is excellent!!!! picture is sharp and clear the sound maybe a little tinny but don't spend money on a soundbar if you have any speakers in the house left over from an old DVD player connect them to the TV and you will be very happy! !!!!!!

Purchased this TV after we returned a Toshiba product and we are completely satisfied. Was skeptical at first but after reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. Haven’t had any problems at all. Considering the brand, we’re pleased.

I was stressed that I was going to have to pay a lot for the TV for our game room. When the sales associate showed me this TV I was so happy. The money I saved went towards a game room fridge and Blue Ray player on the same visit. So happy!

The picture is very sharp. Love the internet function and ability to use my favorite apps (a lot more programming available on the net). Would definitely recommend this tv!!!

This is an awesome TV for the price. It’s sturdy and the sound has been great. The picture quality is not that of the newer 4K TVs but that is not a secret when you buy it. The set up menu can be a bit confusing at first but you get used to it.

So far I love the insignia. Everything works great and easy to use. I gave it 4 stars cause the sound is not too good. You have to increase the column a lot to get loud enough sound. Buy a sound bar and your good to go. I got one made a big difference.
