The guys did a great job. It was hard for me though not to want to help as this was the first time I've ever had something like this done by anyone but myself.

They did a good job the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because they didn't connect my sound bar fictions to my cable remote I had to do it myself.

Sony 75 inch ultra HD 2160 has such a crisp picture. Ultra HD movies are fantastic and make you feel like you are really there with this TV! My family came over and now they want to buy the same TV... LOVE IT!!!

Techs showed up 1 hour past my "window". They were to run wires behind wall. They didn't. Overall, I'm completely annoyed. The techs were nice and did stay in communication about being late. But in my opinion, they were running behind and didn't feel like running the wires for my set up. They told me they couldn't. However, I had an electrician come out and he told me that made so sense. That all the had to do was scope the,m down. Seems to me, since I was ex middle appointment they wanted to just hang my tv then go on to next job so they wouldn't be working late. I've used your installation services in the past and was completely satisfied. I will not be using them ever again.

Geek Squad team very professional & knowledgeable! Updated me on status of arrival & arrived within expected time frame. Installed TV mount, which has been very stable, have not had issues. Pricey, but great service!

The geek squad did a excellent job setting up my Samsung 65 inch TV after Mounting it with my Klipsch soundbar. The tech Kevin spent plenty of time explaining all of the features and how to use them as well

The Geek Squad guys showed up on time, were very friendly and competent, and explained my new set up to me completely before leaving. They even cleaned up after themselves! Execellent - I highly recommend them!

Almost any fool could hang a tv. But that's not what you pay for. You pay to have someone in your home whom you can trust. Geek squad was very helpful, courteous, and listened to what I asked of them.

I bought 55" Samsung television for my father. The picture is excellent, and he is enjoying the television. The Rocketfish wall mount was installed by Best Buy, and the technician did an excellent job.

Roland and Ivana did a great job mounting the tv and made sure everything work well before finishing the job. Installers were great but had difficult time with setting things up with geek squad calling center.

The guys did great mounting and demonstrated all the features of my tv. They made certain I was signed in and able to use and even gave me a number to check with them for any issues. Very helpful

This was in conjunction with a tv wall mount, and the two geek squad members were extremely courteous and respectful of my furniture. They were quick about their work, adn the result is fantastic.

A bit disappointed that the job was not complete. The previous installer was able to put the electrical plug in for an additional charge. Still waiting for a return visit to complete the project.

I wish Best Buy would allow for purchase of mounting without the need for purchasing this Connect service. Most people can connect their own tv even if the wall mounting is a bit more challenging.

Geek squad is worth every dollar - the tech did a great job (he was SO polite and patience with my questions) and I didn't have to deal with putting together small parts and missing anything!

The work that the two guys did was pretty good. They were late by 30 mins and did not have a certain wire they needed but overall ok.

The Geek guys were great. They made sure I understood everything about the TV. The recommended a few items for me to buy to ensure my UHD TV looks beautiful.
