Great service! Everything was done quickly and set-up was perfect! I didnt have to read directions and everything was explained to me until I understood how it worked! Worth the money and no stress!!

sometimes i think beling elite plus entitles you to worse service. it took 4 or 5 calls to arrange this service- pickup and delivery from the store by the geek squad ad removal of old tv, but finally happened. hard not to recommend to a friend because hookup was free based on the tv and mount i bought, but it shouldn't have been such a hassle

Technician was clean and did a wonderful job! The wires are tucked in the wall and he had expert ideas on where to hang the TV. He also went beyond and helped make the remote more useful!

I purchased this Geek Squad install for an elderly relative of mine. It was for 2 60" TV's & additional components. They rescheduled once and then arrived late on the install date. However, the installers were courteous but were very rushed. Moreover, they placed the Blue Ray directly on the cable box which caused the unit to heat up. In addition, they did not take the time to adjust the TV's, explain the remotes or haul off all of the old TV's. It was a very generic install that was overpriced. I could have done it myself and saved $300.

The service was great! They walked me through setup and showed me where addition hookups for accessories were, on the system. Made suggestions that worked perfectly for what we wanted.

The best part of my purchase was the helpful and very professional service I received from Geek Squad, including advice on which flat screen to choose as well as the excellent installation team.

Geeksquad hotline associates are very helpful. They went out to hook me up with the installer. The installers are professional and nice. There's room for improvement in service. First, I like the call-back function (when the line is busy, you can leave a number and then an associate will call you back), but it was taken off and I had to call and call and wait. Second, I was told one day before the appointment or on the very day in the morning, people will call to give me a narrower window than 4 hours. That never happened. That resulted in my subsequent calls. This should have been done. People are busy. The installation took less than 2 hours, but I had to take a half day's leave.

It as free. I can't complain with this since it was free. They set up the TV perfectly and it looks nice. It's nothing I couldn't have done myself, but it was nice to have somebody else do it.

The geek squad guys that came to set up my TV were great. They were on time, didn’t make a mess, answered all my questions and got my TV and mount set up and ready to go.

The Samsung UN65JS8500 is spectacular. The color is vibrant and the picture is beyond expectations. The mini smart hub also makes connections a breeze. Couldn't be happier with this model

WE purchased a 65 inch Samsung which once again proved to be the correct choice. We have all Samsung and as long as their quality maintains what it is today this will remain our go to TV.

Beware no tv Manual comes with the smart tv. If you are not well versed on how to work a smart tv, then you are screwed.

My guys came to my home exactly as scheduled and did lots of complicated connections and adjusted many of the settings on my new TV so that the picture is absolutely perfect.

The service from the Geek Squad was great. Excellent service and nice guys. My large tv was put perfectly on the wall with no wires showing. Everything was set up also.

The Geek Squad team came on time and quickly performed the TV mounting service. They did an excellent job. Well worth the cost.

Professional and efficient set-up of the 60 inch LG smart TV purchased at Best Buy. Couldn't have done it myself, as several cables had to be rerouted and/or replaced. Good job.
