This TV is a pretty good value at just over $325 for a 55" model. The picture is pretty good, and the TV features apps like YouTube and built in Chromecast capabilities which is really handy. I also like that I can control all my Vizio TV's with their app and my Google Nest to turn them on and off, raise and lower the volume, etc. I put this TV in a high traffic area where it's on 6+ hours a day. Personally, I didn't purchase the protection plan on this thing just because it's so cheap and what you could get for the same money in 4-5+ years will be a such better TV than what's out there today--doesn't seem worth the insurance. Gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to buy this one to replace a similar Vizio TV that died on me after 4-5 years (I still have a Sony I bought more than 25 years ago and it still works fine).

The tv is perfect size and was affordable and was slightly better than some of the others that were the same size

This tv has 3 HDMI cables unlike the majority of other 4K tvs that only have 2. I find this to be a great feature as you usually need 3 and not 2. The picture quality is amazing and the built in assistants (both Google and Alexa) are quick and easy to set up as well as to operate. The preset buttons included on the remote for Vudu, Netflix, Prime Video, Xumo, Hulu and Redbox and built in Vizio Pluto TV are a great addition to this TV. I would highly recommend it!

I got two similar TVs around the same time, this TV and a Hisense TV with built in Google software. I was expecting the Hisense tv with google to be the better TV, but that didn't turn out to be the case. This has definitely been the better TV of the two. When I got it, I needed a remote. I contacted Vizio and they sent me one, no questions asked. The picture has been great, and the built in software actually works really well, better than the Google software on the Hisense TV. The one problem I did have with the software was when HBOMax was first released, it took a while longer for the software to appear on the Vizio than it did for the Hisense using the Google software. Some apps still aren't available for it, like FreeVee for example. We just use a FireTV stick and that solves that problem for us, but the built in software works great too.

The quality of the tv is amazing! I finally decided to update my tv from the 32” to the 55”. I previously owned the. Vizio tv and I loved it because the quality never disappoints. If you’re looking to upgrade your tv. I definitely recommend this one! I haven’t come across any issues since my purchase (bought it when it was on sale)

I've had a Vizio since they first came out with a flat screen in 2002, the tv still works great but my husband wanted a larger screen. 3 years ago I bought him another brand but we were so disappointed from the first day. It had horrible sound, once we could get it working. After 3 years, the screen went black without warning. I awoke to a note telling me to buy a new tv! This time I wasn't taking a chance and bought what I knew was a great brand....Vizio. I found this Vizio on sale and bought it immediately. We have been extremely happy since that day. We still have our original Vizio in another bedroom and it still works like a charm too. The sound is great, the picture is perfect. I don't have any complaints. Plus, customer service is always a pleasure to deal with at Best Buy when picking up items.

After 11 years with a 32" tv, I finally upgraded! I didn't want to spend crazy money because I'm not a video/sound snob but I also didn't want the TV that in the show room is clearly the one with the crap display. This TV hit the perfect quality to price balance. Easy to set up both from a packaging standpoint and setting up the wifi...

I am very pleased with my new TV. I was in desperate need to replace my Older Flat Screen TV. My sister for years has always bought VIZIO and has had great luck with them. I was thrilled to see this 55" 4K UHD Smart TV at such a Great Price. I could not pass it up. Looking forward to hooking up a game system to it in the very near future.

We love the TV great picture and for a decent price. Trust me you would not go wrong with getting the TV. We had two Samsung‘s that went out on us one we had for four years and the other we had for a year. I would definitely buy a vizio again Over a Samsung

The TV was very easy to setup and connect to my streaming services. The picture quality is amazing, especially at this price point. My "old" TV is also a Visio that has lasted 10 years. Now I use my old Visio as my primary computer monitor. The Best Buy curbside pick up worked great during the Covid-19 crisis.

Loved this TV. Been using it for a little over a year now and still no problems. The smart cast is a lifesaver and being able to control it with my phone and alexa it super nice. Great picture and just can't even think of a complaint.

A very good television with fantastic built in smart features. User friendly in every way. Picture is excellent quality and sound is good without a sound bar. I am thinking about purchasing another just like this to replace a 46” that has issues.

Good picture and great value under $300 replaced my previous Vizio 55 inch LED TV which I have had for over 4 years and had a great picture with no problems. Easy choice to buy another Vizio.

It’s great. It was easy to set up and hook up all of my devices to. I really enjoy being able to airdrop or chromecast media from my phone to the tv. The only slightly annoying thing is that when I turn on the tv it turns on my PS4

We bought a display model from the showroom for our bedroom and it works amazingly. Haven’t even had the slightest hint that it was used as a display model. Great picture and the smart features are great.

I bought this TV open box. It did not come with legs so I had to use a wall mount. However, 200 dollars for this TV was a steal. I could not find any tv close to this quality for this cheap.

Bought an open box special and I'm very satisfied. TV was well taken care of and packaged up perfect. TV has excellent colors and picture. Its very easy to navigate the smart functions and apps.

This tv has a great picture for a great price. It has chromecast and airplay built in. It looks great mounted on the wall.

I got this for my goddaughter and she loves it and it was a big upgrade from what she had. Her brother try’s to take control of it lol overall awesome Tv no complaints
